东北亚丝绸之路与中国“一带一路”战略的拓展

【摘要】：北极航运商业化在即,日本海沿岸的图们江是我国前往北极最近的海域,中国应整合以图们江为基地的东北亚丝绸之路,以东北亚丝绸之路为桥头堡,开发北极丝绸之路,提前谋划北太平洋自贸区,在中俄历史最佳合作期,尽早彻底解决图们江出日本海,建设北极海上丝绸之路问题。
[Abstract]:The commercialization of Arctic shipping is imminent. The Tumen River along the coast of the Sea of Japan is the nearest sea area for China to go to the Arctic. China should integrate the Northeast Asian Silk Road, which is based on the Tumen River, and use the Northeast Asian Silk Road as a bridgehead to develop the Arctic Silk Road. Plan ahead of time the North Pacific Free Trade area, in the best cooperation period in the history of China and Russia, solve the problem of Tumen River out of the Sea of Japan and build the Arctic Sea Silk Road as soon as possible.
