《人民日报》“一带一路”专题报道新闻框架研究

【摘要】：2013年,中国政府为古丝绸之路赋予新的时代内涵,向亚欧国家倡议共建海、陆两条丝绸之路,即丝绸之路经济带和21世纪海上丝绸之路(合称“一带一路”),意在将曾经连接亚欧非几大文明的丝绸之路发扬光大,搭建中国机遇与世界机遇对接的桥梁,编织中国与亚欧国家更加紧密的利益共同体,为建设共同发展、共同繁荣的美好世界提供了新思路和新路径。“一带一路”自提出后,媒体开始跟进对该新闻事件的报道和解读,在推动信息传达和政策执行过程中扮演着重要角色。本文选取2015年4月-2017年1月间《人民日报》“一带一路”相关专题的新闻报道进行新闻框架研究,主要从新闻材料的选取和建构,报道内容、文本特色、新闻图示框架、报道主题等方面探讨“一带一路”新闻报道的生产过程,信息的框选和事实建构特点。通过新闻框架分析得出:《人民日报》在“一带一路”专题报道中,消息来源广泛,报道内容较为全面、客观,权威性高;新闻报道与新闻评论交互报道,对“一带一路”事件能够做出较为深刻和全面的分析解读,并形成以正面引导为主,重视政策宣传和成就展示的新闻框架,报道时秉持客观中立的身份,体现媒体自身价值取向,具有社会公信力。在研究基础之上,对下一阶段的专题报道提出思考:主要是:一、合理利用框架,建构良性传播模式;二、内容选择上全面展示,在搭建全景报道的基础上有所侧重;三、报道方式上优化结构,合理表达。
[Abstract]:In 2013, the Chinese government gave a new connotation to the ancient Silk Road and proposed to the Asian and European countries to jointly build the two Silk Road. The Silk Road Economic Belt and the 21st Century Maritime Silk Road ("Belt and Road") are intended to expand the Silk Road, which once connected the major civilizations of Asia, Europe and Africa, and to build a bridge between China's opportunities and those of the world. Weaving a closer community of interests between China and Asia and Europe provides new ideas and paths for building a better world of common development and prosperity. After Belt and Road was put forward, the media began to follow up on the report and interpretation of the news event, which played an important role in the process of information transmission and policy implementation. From April 2015 to January 2017, this paper studies the news framework of the relevant topics of People's Daily "Belt and Road" from April 2015 to January 2017, mainly from the selection and construction of news materials, the content of the report, the features of the text, and the frame of news graphics. This paper discusses the production process, information frame selection and fact construction characteristics of Belt and Road's news reports. Through the analysis of news framework, it is concluded that "People's Daily" has a wide range of news sources, more comprehensive, objective and authoritative reports, and that news reports and news reviews interact with each other. The incident of "Belt and Road" can be analyzed and interpreted in a more profound and comprehensive manner, and a news framework dominated by positive guidance, with emphasis on policy propaganda and display of achievements, and an objective and neutral status in reporting. Embodies the media own value orientation, has the social credibility. On the basis of the research, this paper puts forward some thoughts on the next stage of the special report: first, to make rational use of the framework to construct a sound communication mode; second, to show the content in an all-round way and lay particular emphasis on the construction of the panoramic report; third, In the way of report, the structure is optimized and the expression is reasonable.
