夜光遥感在“一带一路”战略中的应用潜力展望

【摘要】:面向"一带一路"战略对沿线国家空间认知的现实需求,阐述该战略的地理科学内涵。结合对地观测的优势和特点,总结"一带一路"对地观测应用领域。回顾夜光遥感在对地观测中的独特优势,指出夜光遥感在油气开采时空信息挖掘、社会经济参数估算、生态环境评估、城市化过程重建等领域具有应用潜力。认为夜光遥感在服务"一带一路"战略中具有独特作用,契合该战略的地理科学内涵和对地观测科学要素,可为"一带一路"战略的实施提供重要的空间信息支持。
[Abstract]:In view of the realistic demand of "Belt and Road" strategy for the spatial cognition of the countries along the route, this paper expounds the geographical scientific connotation of the strategy. Combined with the advantages and characteristics of Earth observation, the application of Belt and Road to Earth observation is summarized. This paper reviews the unique advantages of nocturnal remote sensing in earth observation, and points out that nocturnal remote sensing has potential applications in the fields of space-time information mining, social and economic parameter estimation, ecological environment assessment, urbanization reconstruction and so on. It is considered that the remote sensing of night light plays a unique role in serving Belt and Road's strategy, which accords with the geo-scientific connotation of the strategy and the scientific elements of Earth observation, and can provide important spatial information support for the implementation of "Belt and Road" strategy.
