云南口岸与“一带一路”建设:现状、问题和对策

【摘要】：云南口岸是连接南亚、东南亚的重要节点,在"一带一路"建设中具有重要地位。但作为与缅甸、越南、老挝接壤的沿边口岸,云南口岸情况复杂,政策沟通、贸易流通、道路畅通、资金流通和民心沟通等互联互通中机遇与挑战并存。为进一步发挥其开放门户的功能,仍需在协调中央政府和地方政府之间、国内和国外之间的关系上进一步深入改革和探索。
[Abstract]:Yunnan Port is an important node connecting South and Southeast Asia and plays an important role in the construction of Belt and Road. However, as a border port with Burma, Vietnam and Laos, the situation of Yunnan port is complicated, and opportunities and challenges coexist in the connection between the ports of Yunnan, trade circulation, smooth roads, capital circulation and people-to-people communication. In order to further develop its function of opening portal, it is necessary to further reform and explore the relationship between central government and local government, and between domestic and foreign governments.
