【摘要】：正智库作为现代治理体系的重要组成部分,目前已在许多重大决策与国际事务中显示出智慧和力量,共建"一带一路",需要智库为其提供智力支撑。大数据也是实施"一带一路"国家互联互通建设需要充分利用的生产要素。鉴于此,基于大数据挖掘和思维提取的角度,结合"一带一路"智库建设中的实际问题,本文将研究的重点放在如何利用大数据技术为"一带一路"建设提供科学有效的智力支撑和战略指导上。智库时代的到来及智库的特质
[Abstract]:As an important part of the modern governance system, the positive think-tank has shown wisdom and strength in many important decisions and international affairs. To build "Belt and Road" together, it needs to provide intellectual support for it. Big data is also a production factor that needs to be fully utilized to implement the "Belt and Road" national interconnection construction. In view of this, based on the angle of big data mining and thinking extraction, combined with the practical problems in the construction of "Belt and Road" think-tank, This paper focuses on how to use big data technology to provide scientific and effective intellectual support and strategic guidance for the construction of "Belt and Road".
