【摘要】：正2017年3月24日,中央深改组会议审议通过《全面深化中国(上海)自由贸易试验区改革开放方案》,3月31日由国务院印发全改方案正式版本,对上海自贸区下一步改革任务做出部署,代表着上海自贸区改革进入"3.0"时代。未来三年,将上海自贸区打造成为"一带一路"开放合作新平台、搭建"引进来"和"走出去"有机结合的新载体、建设服务"一带一路"市场要素资源配置功能的新枢纽,这是上海自贸区全改方
[Abstract]:On March 24, 2017, the Central Committee and Shenzhen restructuring Conference deliberated on and adopted the "Plan for comprehensively deepening the Reform and opening up of China (Shanghai) Free Trade pilot area." on March 31, the State Council issued an official version of the complete reform plan. The next step of the reform of Shanghai Free Trade Zone (FTAZ) is that the reform of the FTAZ has entered the "3.0" era. In the next three years, the Shanghai Free Trade Zone will be made into a new platform for "Belt and Road" open cooperation, a new carrier of organic combination of "introduction" and "going out", and a new hub to serve the "Belt and Road" market element resource allocation function. This is the full reform of the Shanghai Free Trade Zone.
