产业新城模式对“一带一路”战略的推动

【摘要】：建设"一带一路"必须要加深产业链和价值链融合,促进产业集群发展,而产城融合的产业新城发展模式恰能成为"一带一路"战略实施的纽带和引擎,重塑国际间产业发展的合作模式。本文从与沿线国家建设合作园区、构建"两国双园"模式的姊妹园、企业签约组团项目直接到沿线国家建设产业新城等方式,阐述了产业新城模式对"一带一路"战略的推动意义。
[Abstract]:In order to build "Belt and Road", we must deepen the integration of industry chain and value chain, promote the development of industrial cluster, and the industrial new city development model of industrial integration can become the link and engine of the implementation of "Belt and Road" strategy. Reshaping the international cooperation model of industrial development. This paper starts with the construction of cooperative parks with the countries along the route, the construction of sister parks of the "two countries and two gardens" model, the contracting of enterprises to form groups directly to the construction of new industrial cities in the countries along the route, and so on. This paper expounds the promotion significance of the industrial new city model to the "Belt and Road" strategy.
