【摘要】：从上个世纪90年代到21世纪初,中俄两国在经贸领域的合作虽然一直向前发展,但是不足以反映两国政治关系的水平。随着中俄两国关系的深化,俄对中国发展的猜疑在逐渐减弱。2013年以来,两国国家元首与政府首脑形成定期会晤机制,推动中俄总体关系顺利发展,同时也有助于中俄经贸关系的快速发展。2014年5月,普京总统明确宣布俄罗斯支持中国"一带一路"倡议。2015年4月,俄罗斯政府宣布加入亚投行。这一系列决定,既有审时度势的战略考虑,也有经济重心转移到东部的经济发展需要。中俄两国经济互补性很强,两国建立稳定的全面战略协作伙伴关系,能够不断推动双方在科技、军工、农业、森林加工、能源等领域的密切合作。
