民心相通基础上的不丹与中国西藏的经济文化交流

【摘要】：不丹是唯一没有同中国建交的邻国。但在历史上,不丹与中国西藏有着悠久的、密切的交往经历。不丹的宗教文化、政治制度、经济贸易、教育医疗、风俗习惯都深刻地受到西藏的影响。不丹民族与藏民族在种族血脉、文化基因方面的一致性,促使不丹民族与藏民族在心理情感方面的认同。民心相通基础上的中不两国得以保持和平稳定的双边关系。“一带一路”战略的实施为进一步改善中不关系提供了契机,在民心相通基础上加强不丹与中国西藏的经济文化交流,将会进一步增进中不两国的政治互信和边贸发展,为妥善解决两国的边界问题,建立睦邻友好的伙伴关系创造有利条件。
[Abstract]:Bhutan is the only neighbor that has not established diplomatic relations with China. But Bhutan and Tibet have a long and close history. Bhutan's religious culture, political system, economic and trade, education and medical care, customs and habits are deeply affected by Tibet. The identity of the Bhutanese and the Tibetans in race and culture and genes promotes the psychological and emotional identity between the Bhutanese and the Tibetans. China and Africa can maintain peaceful and stable bilateral relations on the basis of mutual support between the people. The implementation of the "Belt and Road" strategy has provided an opportunity to further improve China-China relations. Strengthening economic and cultural exchanges between Bhutan and China's Tibet on the basis of common popular support will further enhance political mutual trust and the development of border trade between China and Africa. This will create favorable conditions for the proper settlement of the border issue between the two countries and the establishment of a good-neighborly and friendly partnership.
