“建立更加有效的区域协调发展新机制”笔谈

【摘要】：党的"十八大"以来,中央从战略和全局高度出发,谋划布局并推动实施了"一带一路"建设、京津冀协同发展、长江经济带发展三大战略,进一步优化了经济发展空间格局。党的十九大报告提出"建立更加有效的区域协调发展新机制",中国的区域格局和城市发展正在迈向一个更新、更高的阶段。为了探索区域协调发展新机制,我们在《中国工业经济》高端前沿论坛(2017·夏季)暨"区域发展与城市化"研讨会嘉宾演讲的基础上,策划了本组笔谈。我们邀请5位知名学者探讨区域协调发展趋势、雄安新区、东北振兴和全球生产网络与区域发展问题,为区域协调与区域发展提供有益的理论探索。
[Abstract]:Since the 18th National Congress of the Party, the Central Committee has planned and promoted the implementation of the "Belt and Road" construction from the strategic and overall height, and further optimized the spatial pattern of economic development by three major strategies: the coordinated development of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei, and the development of the Yangtze Economic Belt. The report of the Nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed "establishing a more effective new mechanism for coordinated regional development", and China's regional pattern and urban development are moving towards a new and higher stage. In order to explore the new mechanism of regional coordinated development, we have planned a written talk on the basis of the guest speech of "China Industrial economy" high-end frontier forum (summer 2017) and "Regional development and urbanization" seminar. We invite five famous scholars to discuss the development trend of regional coordination, Xiong'an New District, Northeast revitalization and global production network and regional development, which provides a useful theoretical exploration for regional coordination and regional development.
