“一带一路”背景下中国与阿拉伯国家贸易发展现状与对策

【摘要】：在"一带一路"布局中,阿拉伯地区作为"一带"与"一路"的交汇点,具有重要的战略支撑作用。当前,中国与阿拉伯国家贸易发展迅速,规模持续扩大,贸易商品种类比较集中,具有很强的互补性,且双边贸易的地位迅速提升,合作深度不断得到拓展。文章认为,双方应进一步以能源贸易合作为基础做大双方贸易规模,以我国对外贸易转型升级为契机,扩大对阿拉伯国家制成品出口;以服务贸易为重点,奠定与阿拉伯国家未来贸易的新起点,不断扩大我国与阿拉伯国家的贸易发展深度与广度,并为我国"一带一路"的实施提供助力。
[Abstract]:In the layout of "Belt and Road", the Arab region, as the intersection of "one Belt" and "one Road", plays an important strategic supporting role. At present, the trade between China and the Arab countries is developing rapidly, the scale is expanding, the kinds of trade goods are concentrated, and the bilateral trade is highly complementary, and the status of bilateral trade has been raised rapidly, and the depth of cooperation has been continuously expanded. The article holds that the two sides should further expand the scale of bilateral trade on the basis of energy trade cooperation, take China's foreign trade transformation and upgrading as an opportunity to expand exports of manufactured goods to Arab countries, and focus on trade in services. To establish a new starting point for future trade with Arab countries, to expand the depth and breadth of trade between China and Arab countries, and to provide assistance for the implementation of "Belt and Road" in China.
