“一带一路”建设中的周边语言特质及作用

【摘要】："一带一路"建设覆盖亚欧非三大州的60多个国家,近60亿人口,具有多民族、多文化、多语言的显著特点。多种语言、文化交叉并存的人文格局不仅将"一带一路"带进一个复杂多元的"周边语言环境",也对我国21世纪的国际合作提出了更为多样的语言外交新要求。语言作为文化核心的载体,在国际关系中有其独特的价值和意义。语言与文化的融通是"民心相通"的重要基础,也是"一带一路"建设具有决定意义的前提条件。因此,如何看待"周边语言"的价值取向,能否有效发挥"周边语言"应有的人文功能,将会成为直接影响和制约"一带一路"建设实际进展和成效的一项重要因素。
[Abstract]:The construction of "Belt and Road" covers more than 60 countries in Asia, Europe and Africa, with a population of nearly 6 billion. It has the remarkable characteristics of multi-nationality, multi-culture and multi-language. The cultural pattern of multi-language and cross-cultural coexistence not only brings "Belt and Road" into a complex and pluralistic "surrounding language environment", but also puts forward new requirements for China's international cooperation in the 21st century. As the carrier of cultural core, language has its unique value and significance in international relations. The fusion of language and culture is not only the important foundation of the intercommunion of people's hearts, but also the decisive precondition of the construction of "Belt and Road". Therefore, how to treat the value orientation of "peripheral language" and whether it can effectively exert the humanistic function of "peripheral language" will become an important factor that directly influences and restricts the actual progress and effect of "Belt and Road" construction.
