风电机组典型故障维修决策
[Abstract]:Adjusting energy structure, developing clean energy and promoting energy saving and emission reduction are the long-term goals of energy industry in China. With the development of national electric power system reform and the implementation of "Belt and Road" strategic plan, wind power, as a relatively mature industry in renewable energy industry of our country, ushered in a new round of opportunity period. Under the situation that the installed capacity of wind power is increasing year by year and the operating time of the unit is increasing, the owners of wind farm put forward higher requirements to strengthen the maintenance decision management of wind power unit, control the operation cost and maintain the safe and healthy operation of the unit. Under the current wind turbine condition monitoring means, the fault diagnosis business of wind turbine based on multi-parameter fusion is developing rapidly. In view of the particularity of wind turbine maintenance work, compared with the traditional equipment, The maintenance decision process based on fault mode is closer to engineering application. In this paper, the typical fault mode of the main system of wind turbine is selected as the research object, and the fault mode is classified and coded one by one from the point of view of failure rate and power loss. The methods of fault mode failure impact analysis and fault tree analysis are used to analyze all failure modes qualitatively and quantitatively, which is the basis and basis of all kinds of maintenance task decision. Then the risk grade evaluation based on risk priority number and analytic hierarchy process (AHP) is carried out for typical fault mode of Sinovel SL1500 wind turbine unit. At the same time, combined with RCM logic decision diagram analysis method, The decision flow of maintenance mode for different risk level fault modes is given, and all the bottom events of fault mode deduced by fault tree analysis are divided according to their probability importance and the nature of maintenance events. The decision method of maintenance mode for basic maintenance events is developed. When a single fault occurs, how to select reasonable maintenance activities in routine operation, strengthening monitoring, on-line maintenance, on-site maintenance and downtime maintenance, this paper uses decision tree analysis method to describe the path of maintenance scheme. Setting the weight of maintenance attribute factors and evaluating and scoring, selecting the optimal scheme by comparing the estimated expected utility value of the maintenance scheme. In this paper, a maintenance scheme decision method based on quantitative analysis of FMEA and FTA is put forward, which improves the pertinence of maintenance and the possibility of quickly locating the cause of failure after the failure occurs, and draws up the decision report of maintenance scheme. The routine maintenance and repair scheme at the system level is established for the failure and equipment which can not be monitored on line by means of ex post maintenance. Finally, this paper puts forward a design scheme of maintenance decision management system for wind turbine, which can guide maintenance work dynamically by means of maintenance mode and decision process and content of maintenance scheme. The purpose of this paper is to realize the engineering application of the research on the maintenance decision of typical fault of wind turbine.
