兰州市中心城区商业网点空间布局优化研究

【摘要】:中国国家主席习近平在2013年9月、10月提出建设“一带一路”战略方针。兰州市是甘肃省的省会城市,是一个“两山夹一河”的狭长地带,首位度达到6.0左右的唯一一位省会城市,其独特的地理区位条件和经济基础条件决定了中心城区的商业网点空间布局的特殊性。随着兰州市七里河区西客站的建成运营,轨道1、2、3号交通线路的在建,对兰州市中心城区商业网点空间布局将构成了很大的作用力,同时兰州市作为“一带一路”西部地域商业贸易发展的重要区域。兰州市的经济地位、社会地位、交通枢纽地位以及文化地位也会日益增强。在各国、各地区的商贸物流交换中,商业网点成为了社会、经济发展的重要载体,是城市经济发展最初动力的基石、城市综合核心力的重要组成部分,在促进经济可持续发展,提升兰州贸易形象,优化兰州市城区商业网点空间结构起着至关重要作用。但是,目前兰州市的商业网点存在着诸多问题,如分布不合理、特色不突出、商业需求未得到释放等。所以我国在促进“一带一路”的策略背景下,改善兰州市商业网点现状布局存在的一些问题有着必然性和紧迫性,因此本文对兰州市中心城区商业网点布局深入的进行优化研究。本论文以城市规划的视角出发,采用多种分析方法,多种技术手段来研究。首先,学习研究影响商业网点空间布局的结论知识,如商圈理论、多核心理论、中心地理论、级差地租理论、带型城市理论等,以及国内外对于商业网点研究的理论知识与实践案例,同时糅合了城市规划、商业地理学、经济地理学、区域经济学、人文地理学等相关领域的相关知识。其次以兰州市中心城区的大型商业网点为研究主体,前期对兰州市城关区、七里河区、安宁区、西固区的四个主区域的大型商业网点进行实地调研,整理总结各商业网点的不同业态、不同类型以及范围等。在ARCGIS10.2中采取空间分析中核密度分析,分别呈现出大型商业网点五大业态的空间发展特征,探究影响大型商业网点空间布局的动力机制,从经济、人口、交通、城市空间结构四方面着手分析研究。然后从区位商和地理分布均衡性两方面对兰州市中心城区商业网点空间布局做合理性分析,系统的提出兰州市中心城区商业网点空间布局存在的问题。从城市规划的视角开始,提出兰州市中心城区大型商业网点空间布局优化对策及规划方案。
[Abstract]:Chinese President Xi Jinping proposed to build Belt and Road in September and October 2013. Lanzhou, the capital city of Gansu Province, is a narrow strip of "two mountains and one river," the only provincial capital city with the first degree of about 6.0. Its unique geographical location condition and economic base condition determine the particularity of the space layout of the commercial network in the central urban area. With the completion and operation of the West passenger Station in Qilihe District, Lanzhou City, and the ongoing construction of track 1, 2 and 3, it will constitute a great force on the layout of commercial outlets in the central urban area of Lanzhou. At the same time, Lanzhou City is an important area for the development of business and trade in the western region of Belt and Road. Lanzhou's economic status, social status, transportation hub status and cultural status will also be increasingly strengthened. In the exchange of commerce and logistics in various countries and regions, commercial outlets have become an important carrier of social and economic development, the cornerstone of the initial driving force of urban economic development, an important component of the comprehensive core force of the city, and an important part in promoting the sustainable development of the economy. Improving Lanzhou trade image and optimizing the spatial structure of Lanzhou city commercial network play an important role. However, at present, there are many problems in Lanzhou commercial network, such as unreasonable distribution, not prominent characteristics, not released commercial demand and so on. Therefore, in the context of promoting the strategy of "Belt and Road", some problems existing in improving the present situation of Lanzhou commercial network layout have the inevitability and urgency. Therefore, this paper carries on the thorough optimization research to the Lanzhou central city commercial network layout. From the perspective of urban planning, this paper adopts various analytical methods and technical means to study. First of all, learn and study the conclusions that affect the spatial layout of commercial outlets, such as business circle theory, multi-core theory, central land theory, differential land rent theory, belt city theory, etc. At the same time, it combines the relevant knowledge of urban planning, commercial geography, economic geography, regional economics, human geography and other related fields. Secondly, taking the large commercial network in the central urban area of Lanzhou as the main body of study, the field investigation was carried out on the four major commercial outlets in Chengguan District, Qilihe District, Anning District and Xigu District of Lanzhou City in the early stage. Collate and summarize the different business patterns, different types and scope of each commercial network. In ARCGIS10.2, the nuclear density analysis is adopted in the spatial analysis, showing the spatial development characteristics of the five major business patterns of the large commercial network, and exploring the dynamic mechanism that affects the spatial layout of the large commercial network, from the economic, population, traffic, economic, population, transportation, economic, population, transportation, The four aspects of urban spatial structure are analyzed and studied. Then from the location quotient and the geographical distribution equilibrium two aspects makes the rationality analysis to the Lanzhou central city commercial network spatial layout, systematically proposes the Lanzhou central city commercial network spatial layout existence question. From the perspective of urban planning, this paper puts forward the optimization countermeasures and planning schemes for the spatial layout of large commercial outlets in the central urban area of Lanzhou.
