哈中经济贸易关系的研究

　　本文介绍了中哈双边经贸关系的发展现状,并分析了中哈双边经贸关系的快速发展的原因以及存在的主要问题,并对如何促进中哈双边经贸发展提出了对策。过去二十年,哈萨克斯坦和中国在各个领域建立了相互信任和有效的合作。中哈双方的产业结构互补性强,双边贸易的规模不断扩大,边境贸易增长迅速。哈萨克斯坦与中国在政治和经济方面关系已经超过所有其他中亚国家。与此同时,双边贸易结构的失衡以及落后的基础设施成为双边经贸关系发展的主要障碍。最后,为了促进双方经贸关系的进一步发展,作者提出必须加强基础设施建设,尤其是建设与运输和物流服务有关的基础设施,这有助于降低双边贸易成本。同时中哈双方都应该改善商品结构,促进双边贸易平衡。另外,站在哈萨克斯坦和中国长远合作的角度上考虑,还必须进一步加深和拓宽双方合作的深度和广度,如进一步减少限制,扩大双方边境地区工业生产的合作规模,利用中国“一带一路”发展战略提供的机遇,积极共同扩展与中亚地区其他国家的经贸合作。
