【摘要】：近年来,国际间的合作与竞争日趋激烈,发展经济、增强国家竞争力对我国来说显得至关重要。中华民族的伟大复兴,离不开国家综合实力的提升,更离不开区域经济的飞速发展,园区经济作为区域经济发展的一个重要平台,已经日渐成为了带动地方经济发展的重要增长极。但与此同时,我国园区经济发展中存在的产业同构现象、发展不均衡等问题,已经成为现阶段我国园区经济发展中亟待解决的问题。基于以上背景,本文以推动园区经济发展为目标,以立足要素聚集、产业聚集作为研究切入点,重点研究要素聚集能否促进产业聚集的形成,产业聚集能否实现园区经济的发展。具体研究过程中,本文基于政治经济学、产业经济学、经济地理学、区域经济学、制度经济学、发展经济学等学科的相关理论,运用历史逻辑分析法、系统分析法,比较分析法以及计量经济学等研究方法,主要内容共分七个章节、四大部分：首先,第一、二章对要素聚集、产业聚集与园区经济发展的相关研究及演进进行梳理和总结,从中归纳出现阶段理论研究中需要更加深入的地方,这也正是本文理论层面解释和讨论的两个问题：(1)基于要素聚集进行产业聚集发展的有效性；(2)利用产业聚集推动园区经济发展的可行性。其次,第三章是本文的理论分析部分,在对要素聚集、产业聚集以及园区经济的内涵进行界定的基础上,从行为主体、作用机制和实现机理三个层面分析了要素聚集推动产业聚集,以及产业聚集推动园区经济发展之间的内在机理,并对理论层面需要探讨的两个问题进行了分析和解答。再次,第四、五章在借鉴核心-边缘模型的基础上分别对劳动力、资本、技术、制度等要素聚集推动产业聚集进行模型构建,同样对产业聚集推动园区经济发展进行模型构建,并对要素聚集、产业聚集的度量进行阐述。接着,本文将理论层面分析结论运用于现实研究,基于我国园区的发展情况,在对园区经济发展绩效进行综合测度、对产业聚集与园区经济相关性进行分析的基础上,对各园区要素聚集与产业聚集之间存在的差异性进行对比分析,结合园区经济发展的经验数据,在对理论层面所论证的理论假设(1)和(2)进行经验验证的同时,分析阻碍园区经济发展的影响因素,为推动园区经济发展实现路径的设计提供了现实依据。最后,第六章基于理论和实证层面的研究结论,分别针对要素聚集推动产业聚集,产业聚集推动园区经济发展设计了实施路径,并提出了保障园区经济发展路径实现的相关政策建议。第七章是结论部分,总结了本文的研究成果,同时提出了本文研究的不足和今后的努力方向。园区经济在我国发展已经有三十多年,本文通过对园区经济发展与要素聚集、产业聚集之间关系的研究,能够更好地掌握我国园区经济的发展趋势,并能更好地利用这种经济发展模式推动区域经济发展,从而提高我国整体国家竞争力的提升。与现有研究相比,本文所做的工作有：第一,为推动我国园区经济发展提供了基于要素聚集进行产业聚集的思路,并通过理论分析与经验研究认为,其不仅适用于我国西部地区、东北部地区的园区发展,也符合我国东部、中部地区的园区发展的需要。第二,在对要素聚集、产业聚集理论内涵进行界定的基础上,初步构建了要素聚集推动产业聚集、产业聚集推动园区经济发展为目标的理论传导机制和逻辑框架。第三,在对产业聚集深入研究的基础上,提出产业规模聚集和产业质量聚集两个概念。第四,为衡量园区经济的发展情况提供了基于动态性及综合性评价思路的探索。第五,利用我国经验数据验证了关于要素聚集对于产业聚集以及产业聚集推动园区经济发展具有正向推动效应的理论论断。
[Abstract]:In recent years, international cooperation and competition are becoming increasingly fierce. It is very important for our country to develop the economy and enhance the national competitiveness. The great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation is inseparable from the improvement of the comprehensive strength of the country and the rapid development of the regional economy. As an important platform for the development of the regional economy, the park economy has increasingly become an important growth pole to drive the development of the local economy. But at the same time, the problem of industrial isomorphism and unbalanced development in the development of China's park economy has become an urgent problem in the development of China's park economy at this stage. Based on the above background, this paper aims at promoting the economic development of the park, focusing on elements gathering and industrial agglomeration as a research breakthrough point, focusing on whether factor accumulation can promote the formation of industrial agglomeration, and whether industrial agglomeration can achieve the development of the park economy. The specific course of the study, the relevant theory of political economics, industrial economics, economic geography, regional economics, institutional economics and development economics based on the use of historical logic analysis and systematic analysis, comparative analysis and econometric research methods, the main content is divided into seven chapters, four parts: first, first, second chapter collates and summarizes the elements gathering, industrial agglomeration and economic development of the park related research and development, summed up from more in-depth local theoretical research stage, this is the two problem of this paper theoretically explained and discussed: (1) effective elements gathered on the basis of the development of industrial agglomeration; (2) the feasibility of industrial agglomeration promote the economic development of the park. Secondly, the third chapter is the part of theoretical analysis, in the factors of industrial agglomeration, aggregation and connotation of park economy based on the definition, from the behavior, mechanism and Realization Mechanism of three levels of the elements together promote the industry gathering, and industrial agglomeration promotes the inner mechanism of the economic development of the park, two questions and the need to explore the theoretical analyses and answers. Again, in the fourth, fifth chapter, based on the core periphery model of labor, capital, technology, system and other elements together promote the industry gathering of model construction, promote the economic development of the park also gathered to construct the model of industry, and to measure the elements of aggregation, industry gathering of. Then, this paper will use the theoretical analysis conclusion in practical research, development of the park of our country based on the performance of Economic Development Zone, comprehensive measure of industrial agglomeration are analyzed and the correlation of each economic Park, park elements gathered in comparison with the differences between industrial clusters, combined with the experience the data of economic development of the park, in the theoretical assumptions to demonstrate the theoretical level (1) and (2) the empirical validation and analysis of influencing factors of hindering the economic development of the park, to provide a realistic basis for promoting the economic development of the park path design. Finally, the sixth chapter, based on the theoretical and empirical research findings, aims at promoting the industrial agglomeration and industrial agglomeration to promote the economic development of the park, and puts forward relevant policy recommendations to ensure the realization of the economic development path of the park. The seventh chapter is the conclusion part, summarizes the research results of this paper, and puts forward the shortcomings of this study and the future direction of efforts. Compared with the existing research, the main work is: first, to promote China's economic development park provides industrial aggregation elements together based on the idea of, and through theoretical analysis and empirical research, it is not only suitable to the Northeast in the western regions of China, the development of the park, but also meet the needs of central China the eastern area, the development of the park. Second, on the basis of defining the connotation of factor aggregation and industrial agglomeration theory, we initially constructed a theoretical transmission mechanism and logical framework for factor aggregation to promote industrial agglomeration and industrial agglomeration to promote the development of the park economy. Third, on the basis of the in-depth study of industrial agglomeration, two concepts of industrial scale aggregation and industrial quality aggregation are put forward. Fourth, it provides a dynamic and comprehensive evaluation method to measure the development of the park's economy. Fifth, we use our empirical data to verify the theoretical conclusion that factor aggregation has a positive effect on industrial agglomeration and industrial agglomeration to promote the economic development of the park.
