【摘要】:演化经济学借用生物学的基因概念,提出了重要的惯例概念及其演化模式,为解释经济系统演化过程提供了一个动态变化的研究框架。惯例作为组织能力构成的微观基础,为能力研究提供了新方法。本文从惯例创新角度研究物流服务商能力及其演进过程。首先,通过对惯例概念、特征及构成的分析,阐释了惯例与能力、资源及商业模式之间的逻辑关系,提出惯例创新是指在组织内部,惯例按照变异(Variation)、选择(Selection)、保留(Retention)、复制(replication)的顺序,跨越组织内部层级演进的过程,而能力演进是管理层有意干预的、以组织惯例创新为主线的演化过程。结合物流行业的特点,本文提出物流服务商能力由运营能力和吸收能力两部分组成,通过对两种能力的功能与作用分析,提出运营能力由运营惯例构成,吸收能力由搜索惯例构成。从价值链视角对运营能力的构成进行了识别与分类。运营能力是支撑组织当前商业模式运转的能力。吸收能力则是企业动态应对外部经营环境变化时的一组惯例创新流程。以新知识及互补性资源吸收与转化的方式,通过改变、更新、修正运营能力构成及资源配置而建立。本文将惯例参与者分为管理层、经营层、操作层三个层面,不同组织层级中的惯例活动特征存在较大差异,对运营能力及吸收能力惯例集及特征进行了分层级识别。本文提出了 "链接惯例"的概念。链接惯例类似人体中枢神经的传导系统。作为连接物流服务商吸收能力与运营能力之间的桥梁,是其跨越组织边界及内部层级、部门进行知识与信息传导的通路,是组织依赖的推动创新活动、协调价值链活动间的衔接、提高各要素效率的重要手段。本文提出惯例创新是能力演进的主线,建立了基于吸收能力的物流服务商多层级惯例创新模型。根据惯例形式面与执行面的构成特点,将惯例创新分为两个阶段:设计阶段与执行阶段。第一阶段为设计阶段,是指完成各种新惯例形式面内容的设计。经过经营层初步执行验证及惯例选择与管理层二次惯例选择,形成公司层级的新战略惯例,重新定义新客户价值主张,明确既有运营能力与实现新客户价值主张所需能力的差距;第二阶段为执行阶段,是在新经营环境中通过新惯例的复制完成能力增进的过程。通过对惯例复制的方式使得新知识在组织内部得到学习与传播,弥补现有能力差距。旧惯例的更新提高了惯例参与者的认知,在新惯例执行中优化、升级现有资源,建立保证新惯例集执行效果的资源基础。这个过程中,管理层对新战略惯例的明确及执行,是促进运营惯例集形式面与执行面、惯例集与执行所需投入的资源要素间相互作用达成匹配的驱动力,是能力提升及新能力形成的必经之路。本文在大量实证的基础上,构建了基于客户价值的企业能力提升逻辑图,提出了基于客户价值的物流服务商关键运营能力识别模型和识别矩阵,分别从价值认知角度对客户的经济价值、功能价值和心理价值,三个方面影响显著的关键运营能力进行了识别。最后,本文以案例研究的方式,探讨A物流服务商从快递企业向合同物流供应商的商业模式转型过程中,能力以惯例创新的形式演进的过程,从实践角度,分析、论证了商业模式变革背景下,惯例创新促进企业能力提升的内在机理。
[Abstract]:The evolution of gene concept in economics use the biological proposed practice, the important concept and its evolution mode, provides a research framework to explain the dynamic changes of the economic system evolution process.
