【摘要】:随着全球信息化军事变革的不断演进,现代战争理念和其具体表现形式也随之发生着巨大变化。在现代战争中,空天力量逐渐成为影响战争走向的主要因素。目前,世界许多国家都把发展本国空天力量摆在突出的军事战略位置,以发展经济和科技促进本国空天力量的发展。在当今世界新军事革命大环境下,兵力的多寡已经不再是夺取战争胜利的决定因素。现代化战争更多拼的是知识、拼的是信息技术。一个国家是否拥有大批掌握先进信息知识和具备较强信息能力的高素质空军军事人才是当今信息化空天战争的取胜关键。在这个世界上存在着各种各样资源,如石油资源,矿藏资源等。然而,在这些资源中,人才资源是最为宝贵的资源。在21世纪的现代化战争中,空天战场将成为一个主要战场。空军已经成为夺得战争主动权的中坚力量。一个国家强大的空军力量主要是源于高素质的军事人才,源于对本国空军军事人才所进行的职业化教育。“人的因素”才是在现代战争中获得主动权的关键性因素,是我军打赢未来信息化战争的重要保证。目前,美国空军拥有当今世界上现代化程度最高的空军力量。其中一个重要原因是美国空军拥有一套较为完善和先进的军官职业教育体系,源源不断地为美国空军培养和输送着大量高素质军事人才。相比于美国空军军官职业教育体系,我国空军军官职业教育还存在着诸多有待于完善之处。“他山之石,可以攻玉”,我国空军有必要对美国空军军官职业教育进行深入、细致研究,借鉴其成功经验,此举具有深远意义。本文通过对美国空军军官职业教育相关内容的陈述、分析和研究,对美国空军军官职业教育不同发展阶段进行总结和分析,以促进我国空军军官职业教育的不断进步和发展。论文共分为八部分:绪论部分。包括以下几方面内容:第一,对选题缘由、本课题研究的意义进行陈述;第二,对本课题的研究现状进行分析;第三,对本课题的研究目标和研究方法进行陈述和分析;第四,对本文的研究重点、难点和创新点进行陈述;第五,对本研究所涉及到几个核心概念进行界定。第一章指导思想、理论基础及培养理念。这一章主要对美国空军军官职业教育所涉及到的一些指导思想、理论基础及培养理念进行陈述和研究。第二章历史流变。本章包括以下几方面内容:第一,对美国空军及其发展历程进行简要介绍;第二,将美国空军军官职业教育历史划分成3个阶段,分别对每个阶段的空军军官职业教育发展史进行陈述和研究。第三章美国空军军官任命前职业教育。本章包括以下几方面内容:第一,对美国军官职业教育体系进行宏观陈述,为接下来研究美国空军军官职业教育打下基础;第二,美国空军军官任命前职业教育的人才培养体系中所涉及到的3所人才培养机构,即,美国空军军官学校、美国空军后备军官训练团和美国空军军官训练学校进行了详细分析、研究和陈述。对这3所美国空军军官任命前职业教育院校的人才培养目标、教育体制等内容进行陈述、分析和研究;第三,把美国空军军官学校作为个案进行研究,从而探寻出一条促进我国空军军官任命前教育院校不断进步和发展之路;第四,结合在本章中对美国空军军官任命前职业教育人才培养体系和把美国空军军官学校作为个案进行的研究,对美国空军军官任命前职业教育的特点进行归纳和总结。第四章美国空军军官任命后职业军事教育。本章包括以下内容:第一,对美国空军军官任命后职业军事教育的人才培养体系进行陈述和研究;第二,对美国空军军官任命后职业军事教育的人才培养体系中的3所空军军官任命后职业军事教育院校进行个案研究;第三,结合本章对美国空军军官任命后职业军事教育体系的陈述和研究以及对3所空军军官任命后职业军事教育院校进行的个案研究,对美国空军军官任命后职业军事教育特点进行归纳和总结。第五章美国空军军官联合职业军事教育。本章包括以下内容:第一,把美军联合职业军事教育分成6个发展阶段,并对每个发展阶段的美军联合职业军事教育进行陈述和研究;第二,对美国空军军官联合职业军事教育的人才培养体系进行陈述和研究;第三,把某一个具有代表性的美国空军军官联合职业军事教育机构作为个案进行研究;第四,结合本章对美国空军联合职业军事教育体系的陈述和研究以及对美国空军军官联合职业军事教育院校进行的个案分析,对美国空军军官联合职业军事教育的特点进行归纳和总结。第六章,启示与借鉴。本章包括以下内容:结合本章中对几个不同教育阶段的美国空军军官职业教育体系的陈述和研究,笔者从以下3方面对美国空军军官职业教育的启示进行陈述和研究:第一,对美国空军军官任命前职业教育的启示进行陈述和分析;第二,对美国空军军官任命后职业军事教育的启示进行陈述和分析;第三,对美国空军军官联合职业军事教育的启示进行陈述和分析。结论部分。主要是对本文进行了总结和概述。

In the modern war, the air force has gradually become the main factor affecting the trend of the war. At present, many countries in the world have put the development of their own air force in a prominent military strategic position, in order to develop economy and science and technology to promote the development of national air power. In the environment of the new military revolution in the world today, the strength of the army is no longer the decisive factor in winning the war. More modern wars are knowledge and information technology.
