【摘要】：互联网络是全球性网络的网络,在互联网世界里,“人联网”始终是核心。时移世易,当今世界最大的变化是互联网这个活的生命有机体将人类社会带入了崭新的互联网时代。“网络人”是生活于网络社会,处于一定网络关系中,具有一定网络品质的人。网络思想政治教育是互联网时代思想政治教育的一种崭新形态,泛指在互联网时代社会或社会群体借助互联网,用一定的思想对网络人施加有目的、有计划、有组织的影响,进而使网络人形成符合一定社会、一定阶级推动网络社会发展所需要的思想品德的社会实践活动;特指全球网络社会环境下以中国特色社会主义为底色的中国共产党领导的网络思想政治教育。“网络思想政治教育人”是进入网络思想政治教育实践系统,生活在网络思想政治教育关系中的特殊的网络人,包括网络思想政治教育施教者与网络思想政治教育受教者。网络思想政治教育本质表征网络思想政治教育“是其所是并区别于其他教育的根据”,网络人实际的思想品德水准同党和国家为推动网络社会发展所要求的思想观念、政治观点、道德规范之间的矛盾规定着网络思想政治教育存在的根本依据。网络思想政治教育的对象是网络人的思想。以网络人的思想为本、聚焦思想政治教育实践、通达网络的实践生成逻辑,从根本上决定着网络思想政治教育的本质。概括地说,网络思想政治教育的本质,是开展社会主导意识形态的网络化生产,促进网络思想政治教育意义的互联互通,实现思想理论掌握网络人。网络思想政治教育规律植根于网络思想政治教育本质,是通过网络思想政治教育实践活动贯彻下去的逻辑必然性。这里的逻辑必然性是通过网络思想政治教育实践活动表现出来的网络思想政治教育过程中诸现象之间的内在的、根本的、稳定的必然联系及其矛盾运动的必然趋势。网络思想政治教育规律是一种特殊的关系规律,以网络人的思想为聚焦点的网络人、网络思想政治教育、网络社会的矛盾运动是网络思想政治教育规律的生成元。网络思想政治教育规律系统是一个由网络思想政治教育自身的形成发展规律、网络人思想品德的形成发展规律、网络思想政治教育内容的网络化生产规律等相对独立的规律所构成的集合体。网络思想政治教育在网络社会中孕育、创生和发展。网络思想政治教育与网络社会的矛盾运动促成了网络思想政治教育的形成发展规律——网络思想政治教育要适应网络社会状况,从内容上看包括网络思想政治教育要适应网络技术状况、适应网络经济状况、适应网络政治状况、适应网络文化状况等子规律。网络社会对网络思想政治教育目标、内容、职能、环境、方法等的决定性作用,网络思想政治教育对网络社会的服务性作用,从根本上说都是通过作用于网络人的思想来实现的。网络人与网络人、网络人与网络环境、网络人自身的矛盾运动促成了网络人思想品德形成发展的规律,从内容上看包括三个层面的子规律。一是施教主体与受教客体的双向对象化律。在施教主体与受教客体的对象化过程中,施教主体客体化是现实依据,受教客体主体化是内在条件。二是网络人与网络思想政治教育环境的共轭律。在网络人与网络思想政治教育环境结对而成的“共轭体”中,网络人创造网络思想政治教育环境是前提条件,网络思想政治教育环境创造网络人是重要依归。三是网络人内在的思想矛盾运动转化的整体优化律。网络人思想品德认知、情感、意志、信念、行为之间的层次转化是整体优化的基础,网络人思想品德各要素自身的差异协同是整体优化的关键。网络化生产与网络化传播、网络化引导、网络化接受的矛盾运动促成了网络思想政治教育内容的网络化生产规律。施教者统合教育内容的理论本性、互联网的互联互通本质、受教者的接受特质,开展教育内容的网络化生产。一要依循网络化生产与网络化传播的有机融合律。既要顺应网络技术与网络内容的相互融合律,又要顺应传统媒体与新兴媒体的跨界融合律。二要依循网络化生产与网络化引导的同时并举律。既要顺应全体网络思想政治教育人“对等共创内容”的规律,又要顺应“高势位”的思想引导律。三要依循网络化生产与网络化接受的依中致和律。既要顺应量度质转化互变律,又要顺应正中反对立统一律。网络思想政治教育规律理论的转化运用表现为“实践——认识——实践”关联整体中一般与个别、网络人与网络人之间的张力与冲突。坚持以立为本、立破并举的方法论原则,着力解决网络思想政治教育规律理论运用中面临的结构性矛盾。一要顺应人类社会发展规律、社会主义建设规律、共产党执政规律,充分发挥网络思想政治教育对社会主义社会的“生命线”作用、对资本主义社会的“批判性引领”作用。二要促进传统思想政治教育与网络思想政治教育在中国特色社会主义思想政治教育实践视域中的一体化发展。三要优化网络思想政治教育规律的研究主体与实践主体的双向转化,着力提高理论逻辑与实践逻辑的契合度、理论话语与实践话语的共识度、施教主体与受教主体的协作度。
