【摘要】：唯物辩证法强调,普遍性寓于特殊性之中,特殊性中包含着普遍性。这无疑是“特色”一词产生的理论根源。社会主义运动在中国诞生以后,中国的社会面貌开始焕然一新,我们的革命、建设和改革的发展进程都呈现出勃勃生机。社会主义运动能够在中国成功,最根本的原因就在于它实现了科学社会主义基本原理与中国实际的结合,走出了一条富有理论意蕴和民族风格的中国道路。因此,研究社会主义的这种独特发展模式,凝练其体现出的“民族特色”,不仅对于中国的发展进步有着突出的现实意义,对于社会主义运动在当代的发展也意义非凡,因为这是一种可资借鉴的发展模式。中国特色社会主义“民族特色”根源于科学社会主义基本原理与中国实际的深度融合,有其理论的必然性。科学社会主义诞生以来160多年的发展历程充分证明:科学社会主义是科学的世界观和方法论,其基本原理具有强大的生命力,它是跨越时空的普遍真理,是科学社会主义能够顺利实现民族化,并展现出鲜明民族特色的思想源泉。中国特色社会主义民族特色的理论逻辑要求我们始终坚持科学社会主义与时俱进的理论品质,在梳理中国传统文化核心理念的前提下,推动传统文化的现代性转换,不断丰富发展科学社会主义,赋予其新的民族化特点,使其产生出新的个性或特殊性,从而生成具有民族特色的理论体系和话语体系。中国特色社会主义“民族特色”在马克思主义中国化的历史进程中应运而生,有其历史的必然性。正确认识中国国情是中国特色社会主义民族特色形成发展的实践基础,是中国特色社会主义民族特色的逻辑起点。中国特色社会主义民族特色的历史逻辑要求我们既要坚持科学社会主义民族化的基本原理,又要顺应历史唯物主义的本质要求,在立足中国生动的社会实际和民族特点的基础上发展社会主义,顺利推进中国社会主义在不同历史阶段的发展进程。在马克思主义中国化的过程中,中国特色社会主义民族特色先后经历了毛泽东时期的起源阶段、改革开放以后的形成阶段和完善、推进阶段以及党的十八大以后的丰富发展阶段。中国特色社会主义“民族特色”是中国特色社会主义形成发展的历史进程中所体现出来的独特的民族特点、民族风格、民族气派和民族经济社会发展模式的总称,是科学社会主义和中华传统文化碰撞、融合的产物,它既属于正处在社会主义初级阶段的当代中国,又属于世界社会主义的大家庭。中国特色社会主义是其发展道路、理论体系和基本制度有机结合的实践形式,是一种历史和现实的存在形态。因此,中国特色社会主义民族特色与其发展道路、理论体系和基本制度密不可分。从宏观层面来说,中国特色社会主义民族特色的基本内涵也就是其发展道路、理论体系和基本制度所具有的民族特点和表现形式。中国特色社会主义道路又被称为中国道路或中国模式,其“民族特色”具体表现为我们在党的领导下不拘泥于传统社会主义的发展模式,根据国情、党情和世情的变化来发展社会主义,以党的基本路线为基本遵循,致力于实现人的自由而全面的发展,走出了一条“和平崛起、强而不霸”的发展道路。中国特色社会主义理论体系的“民族特色”集中体现在它具有人民性、科学性、实践性、时代性和大众性等基本特点,其中人民性是根本宗旨,科学性是理论品质,实践性是主要功能,时代性和大众性是其丰富发展的基本要求,是一种“以人为本、崇实黜虚”的理论体系。中国特色社会主义制度的“民族特色”主要表现为它是经济制度、政治制度、文化体制、社会制度和生态文明制度五位一体的系统完备的制度体系。这种制度体系的民族特色主要表现为:以公有制为主体的基本经济制度;以人民代表大会制度为核心的政治制度体系;以宪法为统领的法治体系,是一种以“政之得失、系于民心”为精神实质的制度体系。中国特色社会主义“民族特色”是在汲取前人智慧的基础上,在艰苦的理论创新和革命实践中形成的,是科学社会主义在中国的实践成果和理论结晶。新中国的历代领导人在挖掘中国传统文化思想精华的基础上,在不同的历史阶段丰富发展了独具中国风格的民族特色。可见,中国特色社会主义民族特色有其独有的含义和领域,是中国人民共有的精神家园,丰富发展民族特色,是坚定四个自信的力量之源,是科学社会主义发展的本质需要。丰富中国特色社会主义民族特色,需要在党的领导下,弘扬传统文化,扩大中华文化的影响力;立足基本国情,坚持中国模式,增强中国道路的吸引力;需要追溯思想本原,凝练理论特色,展现社会主义理论的说服力;需要认真比较鉴别,完善体制机制,彰显中国社会制度的优越性;还需要讲好中国故事,构建具有中国意蕴的话语体系。
