【摘要】:本文利用随机前沿分析方法,研究人类发展以及由进口和FDI引起的技术扩散对国内技术效率的作用。本文选取了72个发达和发展中国家1990-2013年的面板数据作为样本。此外,本文将国家分为撒哈拉以南地区、亚洲、拉丁美洲和中东地区。分析过程中,我们将FDI和从经合组织国家的进口作为技术扩散的来源,选取HDI代表人类发展。同时也将开放度和城市化作为影响技术效率的因素。研究结果显示人类发展和技术扩散对技术效率有重大影响。此外,我们注意到技术扩散和国内人类发展存在互补性。简单来讲,人类发展提高了国内经济体从技术转让中获利的吸收能力。其他宏观条件比如城市化和开放程度也有助于提高一个国家的技术效率。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the stochastic frontier analysis method is used. This paper studies the effects of human development and technology diffusion caused by imports and FDI on domestic technological efficiency. The panel data from 72 developed and developing countries from 1990 to 2013 are selected as samples. Outside. This paper divides countries into sub-Saharan Asia Latin America and the Middle East. In the analysis we use FDI and imports from OECD countries as sources of technology diffusion. HDI is chosen to represent human development. At the same time, openness and urbanization are taken as the factors that affect the technological efficiency. The results show that human development and technology diffusion have a significant impact on technological efficiency. We note the complementarity between technology diffusion and domestic human development. Human development increases the absorptive capacity of domestic economies to profit from technology transfer. Other macro conditions such as urbanization and openness also contribute to a country's technological efficiency.
