当代大学生价值观的嬗变与培育研究

【摘要】:随着市场经济的快速发展,当前我国社会各项建设事业已经步入到了深化改革的攻坚阶段。新时期我国高校针对大学生开展的价值观教育也正面临着全新的社会环境。大学生的价值观也随着社会的不断变迁而出现了一定程度的嬗变。改革开放以来,我国社会在探索中不断转型,全新的社会运行模式产生并逐步走向成熟。价值观是社会文化与意识形态的重要组成部分,其依附于社会的政治与经济基础,因此在社会发生重大变革的同时,社会成员的价值观也会随之而发生改变。新时期大学生的价值观体现出了全新的时代特点,大学生群体的价值追求也开始逐步向着人的价值本身回归。在全球化浪潮的推动下,大学生的价值观体现出多元化发展的特点。价值观的嬗变不仅有积极的一面,同时也表现出了消极的一面,因此在新时期的新形势下,加强大学生价值观的嬗变与培育研究是非常必要的。本文主要包括以下几个部分:第一部分,引言。这一部分主要介绍了论文撰写的基本信息,包括问题的提出与研究意义、研究现状评述等等,通过对国内外相关研究文献的信息检索和提炼,获得研究所需要的基础理论支撑,将当代大学生价值观嬗变的研究意义与时代背景加强融合,为本文的系统研究做好充足的准备。第二部分,大学生价值观的基本理论概述。这一部分首先进行了词源的解析,明确界定大学生价值观以及价值观嬗变等概念,并对价值观的本质、功能与特征等进行了分析,明确了大学生价值观的内涵与范畴,并列举了大学生价值观培育的三个理论依据,包括马克思关于物质与意识关系理论、实践教育和认识的辩证关系理论和马克思主义经典作家关于思想政治教育的理论,从而为后续部分的研究扫清理论上的障碍。第三部分,我国大学生价值观嬗变的历史轨迹与启示。这部分的研究立足于我国大学生价值观嬗变的时代特点,对于不同时期的大学生价值观进行了系统的梳理。第四部分,大学生价值观的嬗变与原因分析。大学生价值观嬗变的现状体现为价值观整体呈现积极进取的态势,价值追求从社会本位向个人本位的转变,价值判断从一元向多元的转变,价值目标从理想向现实的转变,大学生价值观新矛盾集中涌现,大学生价值观自我调适问题凸显,价值取向倾向于世俗化和功利化以及价值主体的不确定性和非均衡性。根据大学生价值观嬗变的特点总结了其形成的主要原因:社会的转型是大学生价值观嬗变的外在因素,市场经济发展是大学生价值观嬗变的直接因素,西方文化的冲击是大学生价值观变迁的催化因素,思想政治教育的偏失是大学生价值观嬗变的重要因素,而大学生主体性的缺失则是价值观嬗变的内在因素。在内部与外部多重因素的影响下,大学生价值观出现了嬗变。第五部分,我国大学生价值观培育的指导思想、原则及基本内容和方法。大学生价值观培育要坚持马克思主义理论为根本指导,要结合中国共产党的教育思想实践,并以社会主义核心价值观为培育内容。同时应坚持立德树人原则、主导性与包容性相统一原则、整体性与层次性相统一原则、理性指导与情感熏陶相统一原则以及继承性与创新性相统一原则。第六部分,大学生价值观培育的途径。最后一部分提出了大学生价值观培育的具体措施,从教育模式、实践环节、理论教育、保障体系以及吸收和借鉴国际经验等方面,对于当前我国大学生价值观的培育对策进行了论述。从而促进大学生价值观培育信度与效度的提升,为加强高校思想政治教育有效途径提供建设性意见和建议。
