中国梦的制度文化积淀研究

【摘要】：2012年11月,以习近平为核心的新一届中央领导集体将实现中华民族伟大复兴的“中国梦”这一由来已久的愿望作为全民族的共同理想正式提出。“中国梦”一经提出,瞬间成为了国内国外关注的热点,引起了中国人的强烈共鸣。我国当前正处于发展关键时期,中国梦是对中国人民的目标激励和梦想引领。党的十八大报告指出：“中国特色社会主义制度在保障和推进中国特色社会主义伟大事业中已经并将继续显示出强大生命力和巨大优越性,为中国梦的实现提供动力支持与制度保障。”①要加快实现中国梦的伟大进程,我们必须依靠这一制度优势。“全国各族人民一定要增强对中国特色社会主义的理论自信、道路自信、制度自信,坚定不移沿着正确的中国道路奋勇前进。”②对中国特色社会主义的自信和坚定源于并需要制度文化的强力持续支撑。制度文化有两个层次的内涵：一是制度的事实存在,二是关于制度的观念性的存在。前者是一种不言自明的前提,后者才是需要研究的重心。当人民群众心中对社会主义制度、中国特色社会主义制度形成了肯定其作用、接受其规范、遵守其约束、捍卫其权威的观念系统,这条正确的路才会被拥护,人们才会拼尽全力、坚定不移地沿着这条路走下去。在社会转型和经济全球化的时代背景下,制度文化对于我国社会主义建设、中国梦的实现有着不可忽视的作用。即在凝聚社会共识、坚持社会主义方向、坚定中国梦的实现路径上起着重要作用。只有积极发挥制度文化的正向功能,才能够保证中国特色社会主义建设目标的顺利实现,保证中国梦的顺利实现。基于以上认识,本文围绕“中国梦的制度文化”这一核心概念,以马克思主义为指导,综合运用文献分析、历史分析、比较分析等方法,坚持历史与逻辑相统一的研究原则和史论结合的叙述方式,阐释了中国梦、制度文化、中国梦制度文化的基本内涵,厘清了中国梦与制度文化的基本关系,梳理了中国梦制度文化的历史积淀,系统分析了当前中国梦制度文化建设面临的机遇和挑战,找寻他国在制度文化建设中的有益经验。探讨了中国梦制度文化建设与大学生思想政治教育的关系,并尝试提出中国梦的制度文化建设融入大学生思想政治教育的思路和策略。全文除引言和结语外,有五章内容。各章主要内容概述如下：第一章主要是对中国梦的解读以及核心概念的界定。首先从理论层面阐述中国梦的科学内涵、基本特征及其现实意义；对制度、制度文化、中国梦的制度文化予以界定,并辨析其关系。阐释制度文化积淀在中国梦实现过程中的重要意义。第二章重点对中国梦制度文化历史积淀的形成发展过程进行研究。从中华民族曾经的辉煌、“天朝上国”近代以来的衰落以及“伟大复兴”的制度文化觉醒分析中国梦的历史节点；从中华民族的盛衰成败与社会制度、中国梦的实现愿景与社会制度的根本变革探究中国梦与中国的社会制度；从社会主义制度文化的探索和建立、社会主义制度的确立、中国特色社会主义制度的形成追溯只有社会主义才能救中国、发展中国制度文化的历史积淀。第三章重在探求他国梦制度文化建设中可借鉴的积极经验。在研究他国梦的由来和演变,以及中国梦与他国梦在生成背景、理论基础、价值基础、目标追求、发展道路,特别是制度文化方面有何不同的基础上,总结他国梦制度文化建设的可借鉴经验。虽然根本制度有着本质的区别,但我们认为仍有值得借鉴之处。如制度文化建设要适应社会经济发展；制度文化建设的基础是不断调整制度的具体形态及体制；以目标梦想为指引,强化制度文化建设；以长期不间断地向民众宣传教育为手段,加强目标梦想的制度文化建设等。第四章在研究中国梦制度文化积淀走势时,主要从中国梦制度文化建设的挑战和机遇、中国梦制度文化积淀走势的指南、中国梦制度文化建设中党的“最高纲领和最低纲领”、中国梦制度文化建设与人民幸福生活追求四个层面进行研究。第五章重在解决如何将中国梦制度文化建设融入大学生思想政治教育的问题。分析中国梦制度文化建设与大学生思想政治教育的关系、总结融入的意义,并根据其基本要求提出中国梦的制度文化建设融入大学生思想政治教育的思路和设想。
[Abstract]:In November 2012, the long-standing desire of the new central leadership, which is the core of Xi Jinping, will be put forward as the common ideal of the whole nation to realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation as the common ideal of the whole nation. "The Chinese dream" has become a hot spot of attention both at home and abroad, and has aroused the strong resonance of the Chinese people. The Chinese dream is a key period of development. The Chinese dream is a goal incentive and dream guide to the Chinese people. The eighteen major report of the party points out: "the socialist system with Chinese characteristics has and will continue to show strong vitality and great superiority in the great cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics, and provides the realization of the Chinese dream." "Power support and institutional guarantee." (1) to speed up the great progress of the realization of the Chinese dream, we must rely on the advantages of this system. "The people of all ethnic groups of all nationalities must strengthen the theoretical confidence of socialism with Chinese characteristics, confidence in the road, the confidence of the system, and unswervingly follow the right Chinese road." Self confidence and steadiness originate from the strong and sustained support of institutional culture. The system culture has two levels of connotation: one is the fact of the system and the two is the existence of the concept of the system. The former is a self-evident premise, the latter is the focus of the study. The characteristic socialist system has formed an affirmative effect, accepted its norms, adhered to its constraints, and defended its authoritative concept system. This correct road will be supported, and people will do their best and unswervingly follow this road. In the era of social transformation and economic globalization, the system culture is for our socialism. Construction, the realization of the Chinese dream has an important role that can not be ignored. That is, it plays an important role in cohesive social consensus, adhering to the socialist direction and strengthening the path of the realization of the Chinese dream. Only by actively playing the positive function of the system culture can we guarantee the smooth realization of the goal of building socialism with Chinese characteristics and ensure the smooth realization of the Chinese dream. Based on the above understanding, this paper focuses on the core concept of "the system culture of the Chinese dream", with the guidance of Marx doctrine, the comprehensive use of literature analysis, historical analysis, comparative analysis and other methods, insisting on the combination of historical and logical research principles and historical theories, explaining the Chinese dream, the system culture, the Chinese dream system culture. The basic connotation, clarifies the basic relationship between the Chinese dream and the system culture, combs the historical accumulation of the Chinese dream system culture, systematically analyzes the opportunities and challenges facing the current Chinese dream system culture construction, and finds out the beneficial experience of his country in the construction of the system culture. It also discusses the cultural construction of the Chinese dream system and the ideological and political education of the university students. In addition to the introduction and conclusion, there are five chapters. The main contents of each chapter are summarized as follows: the first chapter is the interpretation of the Chinese dream and the definition of the core concept. First, the science of the Chinese dream is expounded from the theoretical level. Connotation, basic characteristics and practical significance; the system culture, the system culture of the Chinese dream is defined, and its relationship is identified. The important significance of explaining the accumulation of institutional culture in the realization of the Chinese dream is explained. The second chapter focuses on the formation and development process of the cultural and historical accumulation of the Chinese dream system. Huang, the decline of the "Heavenly Kingdom" in modern times and the institutional cultural awakening of "great revival" analysis of the historical nodes of the Chinese dream; from the success and failure of the Chinese nation and the social system, the vision of the realization of the Chinese dream and the fundamental changes in the social system, the Chinese dream and the social system of China are explored; and the exploration of the socialist system culture is explored. With the establishment of the socialist system and the establishment of the socialist system, the formation of the socialist system with Chinese characteristics can be traced back only by socialism in order to save China and develop the historical accumulation of Chinese institutional culture. The third chapter emphasizes the positive experiences that can be learned from the cultural construction of the state dream system. On the basis of the generation of the background, the theoretical basis, the value basis, the goal pursuit, the development road, and the different aspects of the system culture, we can sum up the experience of the cultural construction of his country dream system. Although the basic system has its essential difference, we still think it is worthy of reference. For example, the construction of the system culture should adapt to the social and economic development. The foundation of the construction of the system culture is to constantly adjust the concrete form and system of the system; to guide the goal dream as the guide, to strengthen the construction of the system culture; to strengthen the construction of the system and culture of the target dream with a long and continuous publicity and education to the people. The fourth chapter is mainly from China in the study of the cultural accumulation trend of the Chinese dream system. The challenge and opportunity of the cultural construction of the dream system, the guide to the accumulation trend of the Chinese dream system culture, the "highest programme and the minimum program" in the Chinese dream system culture construction, the study of the four aspects of the Chinese dream system culture construction and the pursuit of the people's happy life. The fifth chapter emphasizes how to integrate the cultural construction of the Chinese dream system into a large scale. The problems of Ideological and political education of students are analyzed. The relationship between Chinese dream system culture construction and college students' Ideological and political education is analyzed, and the significance of integration is summed up. According to its basic requirements, the ideas and ideas of the Chinese dream system culture construction into the ideological and political education of college students are put forward.
