牛磺酸对糖尿病神经病变的保护作用

糖尿病已成为一个全球性的严重公共卫生问题,在中国糖尿病流行形势尤为严峻。糖尿病周围神经病变(Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy,DPN)作为糖尿病常见的并发症之一,是一种具有对称性、长度依赖性的感觉运动性多发性神经病变。研究表明,50%到90%的糖尿病患者患有周围神经病变。因此,防治DPN已然成为了全世界重点钻研和攻克的课题之一。目前尚没有特效药物能够逆转周围神经病变的进展。牛磺酸是一种天然氨基酸,根据现有报道,它可有效对抗糖尿病引起的并发症。因此,我们选择它来治疗糖尿病神经病变,并探讨牛磺酸对糖尿病大鼠神经病变的保护作用机制。本实验分为三个部分:首先,研究牛磺酸对糖尿病大鼠神经病变的改善作用;其次,研究牛磺酸对糖尿病大鼠神经组织细胞凋亡的拮抗作用;最后,探讨牛磺酸对糖尿病大鼠神经组织miRNA表达谱的影响。将60只SD大鼠分成2组:对照组和模型组。模型组给予STZ腹腔注射建模。建模成功后将模型组分为糖尿病(DM)组、0.5%牛磺酸(T1)组、1%牛磺酸(T2)组和2%牛磺酸(T3)组。对照组与DM组给予正常饮食饮水,牛磺酸处理组分别在饮用水中加入0.5%、1...
