新常态下城市文化建设研究

【摘要】：2014年习近平总书记提出新常态概念,意味着我们对当前社会的发展有了更加自觉的认识。同时,也应看到,经济新常态对文化建设也产生了重大影响。为了研究更加具体有效,选取了大连、太原作为研究对象。通过对两座城市物质文化、行为文化、精神文化细致入微的观察,并研读相关文献资料,归纳出两座城市文化所具有的文化特点,通过对城市文化特点的比较,能够发现,两座城市在性格上可以简单地分为外向型和内向型,也形成了两座城市的初步印象。结合新常态对经济发展的要求,提出新常态对城市文化建设的相关原则。因此,本文着重对大连、太原的城市文化建设的成就和存在的主要问题进行了分析研究,成就部分是从政府对城市文化建设重视及取得的成果、企业对城市文化产业的推动以及城市居民整体素质的提高进行分析。而存在的问题是分别进行分析的,关于大连的重物质轻人文、城市定位多变、创新意识薄弱等问题,及太原的城市对外宣传手段滞后、文化产业发展不健全、缺乏科学的文化政策指导等问题入手。由此得出,我国城市文化建设现状在很多方面是不符合新常态的原则。也发现迥然不同地城市文化在建设过程中,还存在一些共通的问题,譬如:城市文化定位偏差、千城一面的城市建筑、偏重城市物质文化建设、忽视精神文化的培养等。找出两座城市文化建设中存在的问题后,依据文化自觉和文化流动的相关理论提出了相应的措施。新常态下,从物质层面、制度层面、精神层面及人才层面提出了城市文化建设的相关措施。通过查阅城市文化建设的文献,可以得出,每座城市的文化建设都必须从自身的实际出发,其他城市的成功经验只能做一个参考,提供一个建设思路。
[Abstract]:In 2014, general secretary Xi Jinping put forward the concept of new normality, which means that we have a more conscious understanding of the development of the current society. At the same time, it should also be seen that the new normal economy also has a significant impact on cultural construction. In order to study more specific and effective, Dalian and Taiyuan are selected as the research object. The two city of material culture, behavior culture and spiritual culture of meticulous observation, and reading the relevant literature, summarized the cultural characteristics with two city culture, through the comparison of the characteristics of city culture can be found, two city can be simply divided into extroverted and introverted personality, also the formation of the initial impression of the two city. Combining the requirements of the new normal to the economic development, this paper puts forward the relevant principles of the new normal to the construction of urban culture. Therefore, this paper analyzed the research achievements of city culture construction in Dalian, Taiyuan and the main problems, the achievement part is analysis from the government for the construction of city culture, and the enterprise value results of the promotion of city cultural industry and city residents to improve the overall quality of. But the problem is analyzed respectively, light material culture, city positioning and changeable, weak innovation awareness about the problems such as Dalian, Taiyuan and the city of lag, foreign propaganda means the development of cultural industry is not perfect, the lack of scientific guidance and other issues of cultural policy. From this, the present situation of urban cultural construction in China is in many respects the principle that is not in line with the new normal. It is also found that there are still some common problems in the process of construction of urban culture in different ways, such as: urban cultural location deviation, thousands of urban buildings, heavy emphasis on urban material culture construction, and neglect of spiritual culture. After finding out the problems in the cultural construction of the two cities, the corresponding measures are put forward on the basis of the related theories of cultural consciousness and cultural flow. Under the new normal state, the relevant measures of urban culture construction are put forward from the material level, the system level, the spiritual level and the talent level. Through consulting the literature of urban culture construction, we can draw the conclusion that every city's cultural construction must proceed from its own reality. The successful experience of other cities can only serve as a reference and provide a way of construction.
