“分享经济”的伦理问题研究

【摘要】：分享经济作为一种全新的经济形态,已经在全球范围内获得了巨大的发展,近两年分享经济在我国的发展也非常迅速,正日益改变、塑造着人们的生活方式,与此同时也对我国的经济发展提出了许多新的问题。国内学术界对分享经济及其问题的研究也日益增多,其中大部分研究还是集中在经济学、法学、管理学等范围,哲学界尤其是伦理学界对分享经济的研究还很少,分享经济提出的问题涉及到社会生活的方方面面,这些问题的解决,需要跨学科多视角的研究。本文的研究内容主要分为四个部分。首先是引论部分,包括对现代分享经济的理论研究概述,讨论了国内外分享经济的不同术语表达,从对经济理念和特征的把握出发,最终确定使用"分享经济"这一术语;然后对国内不同学科视角下的分享经济研究进行了梳理,指出了经济学、法学等视角的研究所具有的局限性以及分享经济领域中有待挖掘的伦理价值空间;最后主要以国内分享经济领域中最具话题性和争议性的网约车代表企业滴滴出行为案例,并结合近几年政府对滴滴出行的政策变化,分析了政府在管理过程中存在的问题、这种经济形态在发展过程中引起的劳动者的劳动公平、异化问题和资本热捧对分享经济发展的影响。第二部分主要展开论述分享经济领域中政府政策带来的劳动公平问题、资本热捧带来的不利影响和新旧经济形态竞争所引致的冲突问题。第三部分则以经济伦理学的主要理论、概念为依据,在借鉴现有研究成果的基础上,通过基于利益相关者理论、社会契约论、马克思主义劳动理论和社会伦理预期变化的分析,来论证分享经济的合法性地位及其对社会伦理生活的拓展之可能。第四部分通过对劳动者与消费者合法权益保护的问题,新旧经济形态相互关系的问题,政府与企业的关系问题以及资本对分享经济市场的影响的讨论来明确政府、企业在分享经济领域中的伦理责任,并从统筹城乡发展的角度来讨论了分享经济促进乡镇经济社会发展的可能性。
[Abstract]:As a new economic form, sharing economy has been developed greatly in the world. In the past two years, sharing economy has been developing rapidly in our country, which is changing day by day and shaping people's way of life. At the same time, many new problems have been raised to the economic development of our country. The research on the sharing economy and its problems in the domestic academic circles is increasing day by day, most of which are still concentrated in economics and law. In the field of management, there are few researches on sharing economy in philosophy, especially in ethics. The problems raised by sharing economy are related to all aspects of social life and how to solve these problems. The research content of this paper is mainly divided into four parts. The first part is the introduction, including the summary of the theoretical research on modern sharing economy. This paper discusses the different expressions of the terms of sharing economy at home and abroad, and finally determines the use of the term "sharing economy" from the view of grasping the economic concept and characteristics. Secondly, the author combs the research of sharing economy in different disciplines in China, points out the limitations of the research on economics and law, and points out the space of ethical value in the field of sharing economy. Finally, it mainly takes DiDi as the case, which is the most topic and controversy in the domestic sharing economy, and combines the policy changes of the government to DiDi in recent years. This paper analyzes the problems existing in the process of government management and the labor fairness caused by this economic form in the process of development. The second part mainly discusses the issue of labor equity brought by government policy in the field of sharing economy. The third part is based on the main theory and concept of economic ethics, on the basis of the existing research results. Based on stakeholder theory, social contract theory, Marxist labor theory and the analysis of the changes of social ethics expectations. 4th through the protection of the legitimate rights and interests of workers and consumers, the relationship between new and old economic forms. The relationship between the government and the enterprise and the discussion of the influence of capital on the sharing economic market to clarify the ethical responsibility of the government and the enterprise in the field of sharing economy. From the perspective of urban and rural development, this paper discusses the possibility of sharing economy to promote the economic and social development of villages and towns.
