【摘要】：石田梅岩的经济伦理思想确立了商人商业活动的普遍合理性。其思想受到日本儒学、佛学、神道思想的影响。他在哲学思想上强调孟子的“尽心知性”,主张心是物的主体,物是心的客体,心不是与物对立的另一领域,要求人们在日常生活中把握“心之理”。石田梅岩以职分平等、商业有用和营利正当为主旨思想的职分论,为町人及其职业实践和价值取向获得道德上的合法性,确立起“以营利为善”的伦理价值观念。石田梅岩否定商人获取暴利和不正当利润的行为,认为町人应当在正直诚信的基础上获得利润,在追求自己合法利润的同时造福于全社会。石田梅岩强调俭约,他所讲的俭约不仅是衣服器物钱财方面的俭约,还要求人无私心,居心正直,并把俭约与正直联系起来,运用到现实具体的商业活动中。石田梅岩的思想在当时得到了广泛传播,并发展为一种具有社会性的教化运动——石门心学运动,对士农工商各阶层产生了深刻的影响。
