【摘要】:随着中国工程建设的快速发展,高校理工科专业学生日益增多。高校学生作为未来工程活动的主体,将直接决定未来工程能否造福于人类。由于工程师面临的问题日益国际化,具有社会复杂性,这也带来了技术和伦理的双重挑战。为了确保公众对这一领域和从业者的信任,工程伦理规范亟需严格执行。在工程伦理学教育方面,工程伦理学在我国仍然是一门新兴的学科,学科建设、专业研究机构设置、专业研究队伍建设、课程与教学体系建设等方面都需完善。伦理教育在我国高等教育体系中的普及程度非常低,理工科大学生对工程伦理规范认知也亟待提升。在此背景下,译者选取由美国国家学术出版社于2016年3月出版的《工程师伦理培养:教育活动与项目范例》一书的3至25页为源语文本,源文本中回顾了大量的工程伦理教育活动,提供了更多的项目范例,对中国工程伦理教育课程设置具有一定的意义。本文是一篇基于翻译实践的翻译报告,共分为四个章节,其中第二、三、四章是报告的重点部分。第一章节介绍了翻译项目的背景、目的和意义。第二章是翻译的过程描述,分析了文本类型及语言特点,依此选取奈达的"功能对等"理论作为理论支撑。第三章重点分析了翻译过程中所遇到的难点。第四章总结了具体的翻译方法。在功能对等理论的指导下,作者运用了一些常用的翻译方法,如转换法、增词法、重组法、切分法等,使译文能够更好地为译文读者所接受和理解。第四章对此次翻译实践进行了反思和总结。报告表明,在着手翻译前,译者首先要分析文本类型及语言特点,运用合适的翻译理论并依此采用适宜的翻译方法,使译文能够更好地为译文读者所理解和接受。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of engineering construction in China, the number of students majoring in science and engineering is increasing day by day. It will directly determine whether the future project will benefit mankind. Because the problems faced by engineers are becoming more and more international, it has social complexity. In order to ensure public trust in this field and practitioners, the code of engineering ethics needs to be strictly enforced. Engineering ethics in China is still a new discipline, subject construction, professional research institutions, professional research team construction. The construction of curriculum and teaching system should be improved. The popularization of ethics education in higher education system of our country is very low, and the cognition of engineering ethics norms for science and engineering college students needs to be improved urgently. In March 2016, the translator selected 3 to 25 pages of the book "Ethics training of Engineers: examples of Educational activities and projects" published by the National academic Press of the United States as the source language version. The source text reviews a large number of engineering ethics education activities and provides more project examples, which is of certain significance to the curriculum design of engineering ethics education in China. This paper is a translation report based on translation practice. It is divided into four chapters, the second, third and fourth chapters are the focus of the report. The first chapter introduces the background, purpose and significance of the translation project. The second chapter describes the process of translation. The text types and language characteristics are analyzed. According to this, Nida's "functional equivalence" theory is chosen as the theoretical support. Chapter three focuses on the difficulties encountered in the translation process. Chapter 4th summarizes the specific translation methods under the guidance of functional equivalence theory. The author uses some commonly used translation methods, such as conversion, lexical addition, recombination, segmentation and so on. Chapter 4th reflects and summarizes the translation practice. The report shows that the translator should first analyze the text types and language characteristics before starting translation. By applying appropriate translation theory and adopting appropriate translation methods, the target text can be understood and accepted by the target readers.
