【摘要】:目的了解大学生手机依赖、心理韧性和生活满意度现状,并探讨三者之间的关系,为开展大学生心理健康问题以及手机依赖的预防和干预研究提供基础依据。方法通过分层整群抽样的方法在2016年4—5月份以合肥市5所高校2750名大学生为调查对象,采用大学生手机成瘾倾向量表、青少年心理韧性量表和青少年学生生活满意度量表等工具对所选研究对象进行问卷调查,调查内容还包括一般人口学特征。采用线性回归分析方法对大学生手机依赖、心理韧性和生活满意度及各维度之间的关系进行分析,并运用AMOS 21.0软件在手机依赖、心理韧性和生活满意度之间建立结构方程模型,检验心理韧性在手机依赖和生活满意度之间的中介作用。结果本研究共发放问卷2750份,回收有效问卷2502份,有效应答率为90.6%。(1)大学生手机依赖总体得分为(41.47±11.24)分,手机依赖率为31.1%,男生手机依赖总体得分显著高于女生(t=2.372,P=0.018);来自城镇地区的大学生手机依赖总体得分显著高于城市和农村地区的学生(F=5.927,P=0.003);大学生恋爱者手机依赖总体得分显著高于非恋爱者(t=2.533,P=0.011)及每天使用手机时间在8小时以上的大学生手机依赖总体得分显著高于使用时间在8小时以下的学生(F=45.145,P0.001)。(2)大学生心理韧性总体得分为(3.43±0.43)分,女生心理韧性得分显著高于男生(t=-3.416,P=0.001);大五学生心理韧性得分显著低于大一、大二、大三和大四学生(F=9.113,P0.001);来自城镇地区的的大学生心理韧性得分显著低于来自城市和农村地区的大学生(F=5.544,P=0.004)。(3)大学生生活满意度整体得分为(4.75±0.78分),大学生非谈恋爱者生活满意度总体得分显著高于谈恋爱者(t=-2.05,P=0.04);孤儿家庭的大学生生活满意度总体得分显著低于双亲和单亲家庭(F=3.906,P=0.02)。(4)大学生手机依赖和心理韧性之间呈显著性负相关(P0.01),回归分析结果显示手机依赖总得分(F=260.944,P0.001,R2=0.095)及其各维度(F=112.943,P0.001,R2=0.153)对心理韧性均有显著的负向预测作用;大学生心理韧性和生活满意度之间呈显著正相关(P0.01),回归分析结果显示心理韧性(F=1538.2,P0.001,R2=0.381)及各维度(F=340.9,P0.001,R2=0.406)对生活满意度均有显著的正向预测作用;大学生手机依赖和生活满意度之间呈显著性负相关(P0.01),回归分析结果显示手机依赖总得分(F=56.442,P0.001,R2=0.022)及其各维度(F=32.139,P0.001,R2=0.049)对生活满意度均有显著的负向预测作用。(5)将心理韧性作为中介变量引入后,手机依赖对生活满意度的预测作用无统计学意义(β=0.01,P0.05),手机依赖对心理韧性有显著性负向预测作用(β=-0.032,P0.001),心理韧性对生活满意度有显著性正向预测作用(β=1.17,P0.001)。结论大学生手机依赖、心理韧性和生活满意度及其各维度之间存在显著性相关,手机依赖和心理韧性对生活满意度有一定程度的预测作用,并且心理韧性在手机依赖和生活满意度之间起完全中介作用。学校及有关部门应注意加强大学生心理韧性的培养,提高其心理韧性水平,并通过采取宣传教育等各种有效措施改善大学生手机依赖倾向,以便能够更好地促进其心理健康发展,提高生活质量和生活满意度。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the mobile phone dependence, toughness and life satisfaction of psychological status, and to explore the relationship between the three, provide the basis for prevention and intervention of psychological health problems of college students and the mobile phone dependence. Methods by using stratified cluster sampling method in 2016 2750 college students from 5 universities from 4 to May in Hefei city as the research object and the mobile phone addiction scale for college students, Adolescent Resilience Scale and adolescent students life satisfaction questionnaire conducted a questionnaire survey of the selected research object, the questionnaire included demographic characteristics. By linear regression analysis on College Students' mobile phone dependence, analyze the relationship between resilience and life satisfaction and dimensions, and using AMOS 21 software in the mobile phone dependence, a structural equation model between resilience and life satisfaction, psychological test The toughness of the intermediary role between mobile phone dependence and life satisfaction. The results of this study were 2750 questionnaires, 2502 valid questionnaires, the effective response rate was 90.6%. (1) college students' mobile phone dependence score is (41.47 + 11.24), mobile phone dependence rate is 31.1%, the boys hand machine dependent on overall score significantly higher than girls (t=2.372, P=0.018); from urban areas college students scored significantly higher than the overall mobile phone depends on the city and rural area students (F=5.927, P=0.003); students who love overall mobile phone dependence was significantly higher than that of the lover (t=2.533, P=0.011) and the use of mobile phone every time in more than 8 hours of college students scored significantly higher than the general use of mobile phone dependence time in 8 hours following students (F=45.145, P0.001). (2) the resilience score is (3.43 + 0.43), girls' mental toughness score significantly higher than boys (t=-3.416, P=0 .001); big five students mental toughness scores were significantly lower than the freshman, sophomore, junior and senior (F=9.113, P0.001); from urban areas of the college students' mental resilience score was significantly lower than from the city and rural area college students (F=5.544, P=0.004). (3) university students overall life satisfaction score (4.75 + 0.78), non college students love life satisfaction scores were significantly higher than those in love (t=-2.05, P=0.04); total scores of College Students' life satisfaction was significantly lower than that of their parents and orphaned families of single parent families (F=3.906, P= 0.02). (4) between the mobile phone dependence of college students and mental toughness was significantly negatively correlated (P0.01), regression analysis showed that the total score depends on the mobile phone (F=260.944, P0.001, R2=0.095) and its dimensions (F=112.943, P0.001, R2=0.153) on mental toughness can negatively predict college students' mental resilience and life satisfaction; Had a significant positive correlation (P0.01), regression analysis showed that mental toughness (F=1538.2, P0.001, R2=0.381) and dimensions (F=340.9, P0.001, R2=0.406) to predict the life satisfaction significantly; college students between mobile phone dependence and life satisfaction were significantly negatively correlated (P0.01), regression analysis shows that the mobile phone dependence the total score (F=56.442, P0.001, R2=0.022) and its dimensions (F=32.139, P0.001, R2=0.049) on life satisfaction has significant negative predictive effect. (5) the resilience as a mediator in mobile phone, rely on to predict satisfaction of life was not statistically significant (P =0.01, P0.05), mobile phone dependence significant negative predictive effect on mental toughness (beta =-0.032, P0.001), mental toughness has a significant positive predictive effect on life satisfaction (beta =1.17, P0.001). Conclusion: mobile phone dependence, mental toughness and life There is a significant correlation between satisfaction and its dimensions, mobile phone dependence and mental toughness to predict a certain degree of life satisfaction and mental toughness is a mediator between the mobile phone dependence and life satisfaction. Schools and related departments should pay attention to strengthening the cultivation of university students' psychological resilience, improve their level of mental toughness, and through propaganda education of all kinds of effective measures to improve college students' mobile phone dependence, in order to better promote the development of mental health, improve the quality of life and life satisfaction.
