【摘要】:通过培养感恩心理这种积极心理品质,可以对留守初中生所产生的心理和行为上的问题进行预防,因此总结出留守初中生的感恩心理发展特点,并提出有针对性的感恩心理的团体辅导方案。本研究以某市留守初中生为研究对象,首先,对142名留守初中生和177名非留守初中生进行《感恩量表》的问卷调查,分析留守初中生的感恩心理发展的特点以及留守与非留守初中生感恩心理发展水平的差异;其次,根据认知情绪理论、情感特质理论和拓宽建构理论及感恩干预技术,设计出《留守初中生感恩心理辅导方案》,对实验组的10名留守初中生进行干预实验,同时选取10名留守初中生为对照组,实验结束后以《感恩量表》作为测量工具,整理辅导方案内容,从量化与质化两个角度分析此感恩心理辅导方案调节留守初中生感恩心理的效果。结果发现:(1)留守初中生感恩心理在性别不存在显著差异。(2)留守初中生感恩心理不存在显著的年级差异。(3)留守初中生感恩心理不存在显著的居住地差异。(4)在男生群体和女生群体中,留守与非留守初中生的感恩心理存在显著差异,其中女生的感恩心理显著高于男生。(5)在初一、初二、初三3个年级群体中,留守初中生的感恩心理与非留守初中生的感恩心理存在显著差异,其中留守初中生的感恩心理显著低于非留守初中生的感恩心理。(6)在农村和城市两个居住地群体中,留守初中生的感恩心理与非留守初中生的感恩心理存在显著差异,表现为留守初中生的感恩心理显著低于非留守初中生的感恩心理。(7)《留守初中生感恩心理辅导方案》可以显著提高留守初中生的总体感恩心理水平,辅导效果具有一定的持续性。
