【摘要】:人人有家,家家有训,父母对子女的教导是一个人在成长的路上获得经验的重要途径,从古到今,家训就是将一个人在成长中所遇到的种种总结成为经验流传下来的一种方式,传统家训是中国传统社会中形成和繁盛起来的一种家庭教育形式,主要是指父祖对子孙、家长对家人、族长对族人的直接训示、亲自教诲,在传统家训中感受到长辈对一个人的谆谆教导,如何成为一个人,如何在这个纷繁复杂的社会中立足,如何在社会生活中扮演好自己的角色,主动自觉地承担起自己的责任,履行自己的义务,同时还能够活出自己的人生境界,都是人在发展的过程中都要反复回答的问题,在历史的烟云中每一个历史时期,都有每一个时期的问题,每个时期的问题却各有各的相似,在如何教育下一辈的问题上,传统家训在立人方面给我们有很多借鉴的地方,其传统家训的德育价值应该被进一步的挖掘使其为我们今天的社会提供更好的解决问题的途径。本文从传统家训立人思想的依据、立人的基本要求和特点以及传统家训立人思想的历史德育影响、传统家训立人思想的转化和发展四个方面进行系统详细的论述。中国传统家训立人思想的背景是基于对我国特殊的自然地理条件进行剖析,对产生在该基础之上的小农经济方式进行详细的阐述,进而对产生与该经济基础之上的上层建筑:政治统治方式、宗法制、选举人才的制度进行探讨,以及对产生在这基础之上的文化进行分析,期待从政治、经济、文化角度上对立人思想产生的依据进行有效分析。传统家训立人思想是基于对立人内涵的阐释,从立德、立业、立人三个方面深刻阐述了立人这一词的深刻涵义,并从众多家训中总结传统家训对塑造一个人的一些基本要求,通过对传统家训立人的方法:言传身教、因人施教、严爱殷责、遇物而教、知行结合,以及立人的特点,从立人出发点的独特性、立人内容的全面性、立人方法的严苛性、立人实现的生活化等进行归纳总结,可以从整体上对传统家训立人思想的基本内容进行比较系统的认识。传统家训立人思想的历史德育影响,从理论和实践两个方面进行探讨传统家训立人思想对当今有益启示。理论价值主要表现为:教育形式上重生活教育,长辈的身先示范、教育内容上重德性培养、教育方法上重德性培养、德教过程中讲求循序渐进。实践价值主要表现为:重视格物致知能力的培养,讲求知行合一、重视自我反省,倡导行为自觉、重视礼的教育,引领人际关系的和谐、加强情感关怀,润物无声。最后,通过对立人思想的历史局限性进行论述,使得对我国传统家训的立人思想有相对客观的认识。传统家训立人思想的转化和发展。通过对现代家庭德育面临的挑战和机遇的分析,总结出现代家庭德育对传统家训立人思想的借鉴,最后从亲子关系、创建家长学校、成才观念、家庭教育功能的分化四个方面来具体阐述现代社会以及现代家庭对传统家训立人思想的现代启示。
