民国时期永嘉中医团体的形成与变迁（1912-1937）

【摘要】：清末,西方文化的传入,给中国社会带来许多新的变化。新的组织形式被运用到各行各业中,医学也受这股风潮的影响,成立了医学会。永嘉的中医团体可以追溯至利济医学堂的创办,它与传统结社不尽相同,比成熟的学会缺少组织、分工,但它与新教学方式,新传媒方式的结合,使其成为永嘉中医界各团体兴起的先声。民国初,神州医药温州分会成立,成为永嘉影响最大的中医学会。它仿照总会的形式,形成了较为完善的组织系统。1929年,"废止旧医案"的公布,引起了中医药界的反对,神州医药温州分会联合永嘉其他中医团体参与到抗议中。中医药界通过联合赢得了胜利,但政府对团体的管理因此加强。1929年,国民政府颁布《医师会规则》,要求中医建立公会,并接受政府监督。1931年,永嘉中医公会成立,受到政府的认可,并与政府合作。因此,公会获得了最为重要的医疗鉴定权与中医审核权,这帮助公会有效地保障成员的利益。因为这个特点,中医公会规模超过了学会,且深入参与到社会事务中。此外,它还促进了"中医科学化"在永嘉的传播,推动了医师群体走向职业化与专业化。本文希望通过这一系列的变化和发展,展现出团体成为一股重要的社会力量的过程,以及它与政府的互动关系。同时,通过有限的材料,尽可能的还原团体的构成与私人关系网络间的联系。
[Abstract]:At the end of Qing Dynasty, the introduction of western culture brought many new changes to Chinese society. New forms of organization were applied to all kinds of industries, and medicine was also influenced by this trend. Established the Medical Association. Yongjia's TCM association can be traced back to the founding of the Liji Medical School. It is different from the traditional association and lacks organization and division of labor compared with the mature society, but it is different from the new teaching method. The combination of the new media made it the forerunner of the rise of various groups in Yongjia traditional Chinese Medicine. In the early Republic of China, the Wenzhou Branch of Shenzhou Medicine was established, becoming the most influential Chinese medicine association in Yongjia. It mimics the form of the General Assembly. In 1929, the publication of "annulment of old medical records" aroused opposition from the Chinese medicine industry. Shenzhou Medicine Wenzhou Branch joined Yongjia other TCM groups to participate in the protest. The Chinese medicine industry won the victory through the alliance, but the government strengthened the management of the group. 1929. In 1931, the Chinese medicine association of Yongjia was established, recognized by the government, and cooperated with the government. The guild has acquired the most important powers of medical accreditation and Chinese medicine audit, which helps the guild to effectively protect the interests of its members. Because of this characteristic, the tcm association is larger than the society. And deeply participate in social affairs. In addition, it also promotes the spread of "scientization of traditional Chinese medicine" in Yongjia, and promotes the doctors group to professionalize and professionalize. This paper hopes that through this series of changes and development. It shows the process of the group becoming an important social force and its interaction with the government. At the same time, through the limited material, the relationship between the formation of the group and the private relationship network is reduced as much as possible.
