父母冲突、认知情绪调节与初中新生社交焦虑的关系

【摘要】:青少年中社交焦虑问题广泛存在,影响极大,并且在青春期阶段的增长趋势明显高于儿童发育期。而父母关系,尤其是父母冲突关系往往是他们焦虑的主要原因,此外,由于初中新生个体认知情绪调节的使用具有个体差异性,对于父母冲突会产生不同的社交焦虑反应,因此探讨认知情绪调节在初中新生感知父母冲突和社交焦虑间的关系。采用问卷法,发放父母冲突儿童知觉量表、认知情绪调节量表与社交焦虑量表,调查500名初中新生在父母冲突、认知情绪调节和社交焦虑的总体状态。结果发现:(1)初中新生社交焦虑水平高于常模分数,经历父母冲突后更多的是选择积极认知情绪调节;(2)性别及是否独生子女等人口学变量均在初中新生社交焦虑上不存在显著差异,生源地存在显著差异;(3)消极认知情绪调节与父母冲突程度、社交焦虑呈显著正相关;积极认知情绪调节与父母冲突解决情况、社交焦虑呈显著正相关。通过对结果的分析,本文研究结论是初中新生对父母冲突的认知情绪调节在父母冲突与社交焦虑之间具有中介作用。结合前人研究以及本文的研究结论提出父母应该妥善、恰当处理彼此冲突,学校加强对学生认知情绪调节的教育,同时建立父母指导体系,帮助父母转变不良教育理念等建议。
[Abstract]:Social anxiety is widespread and influential among adolescents, and the growth trend in adolescence is significantly higher than that in childbearing. Parental relationships, especially parent-conflict relationships, are often the main causes of anxiety. Because of the individual differences in the use of cognitive emotion regulation in junior high school freshmen, there are different social anxiety responses to parental conflicts. Therefore, to explore the relationship between cognitive emotion regulation and perceived parental conflict and social anxiety of junior high school freshmen. The questionnaire was used to distribute the children's perception scale of parental conflict, cognitive emotion regulation scale and social anxiety scale. A total of 500 junior high school freshmen were investigated on the general state of parental conflict, cognitive emotion regulation and social anxiety. The results showed that the social anxiety level of the junior high school freshmen was higher than that of the norm. There were no significant differences in social anxiety among junior high school freshmen, such as gender and demographic variables such as whether the only child was the only child or not. There was significant difference between the students' origin and the degree of parental conflict. There was a significant positive correlation between the negative cognitive emotion regulation and the degree of parental conflict, and a significant positive correlation between the positive cognitive emotion regulation and the parents' conflict resolution. The conclusion of this study is that the cognitive emotional regulation of parental conflict plays an intermediary role between parental conflict and social anxiety among junior high school freshmen. In combination with previous studies and the conclusions of this paper, it is suggested that parents should properly deal with each other's conflicts. The school should strengthen the education of students' cognitive emotion regulation, establish the system of parents' guidance, and help parents to change the bad educational idea and so on.
