【摘要】：本文从关陇地区的政区设置为切入点,讨论两晋之际的关陇局势。关陇地区政区的变化体现了关陇地区"羌胡化"的现象,这是西晋末年愍帝都关中的社会背景。西晋末年愍帝于关中的依靠力量是诸贾、诸索、诸麴、诸梁。他们是关西著姓,其共同特点是:他们久与羌胡杂处,甚至是羌胡化了的地方大姓,一般在羌人中有很高的威信,能召合羌戎,所以拥有很大的潜在势力。这样的依凭力量和所面临的外部环境,决定了愍帝政权在关中所采取的举措,就是招抚羌戎。西晋末年,汉将刘曜攻灭西晋的行动路线反映了西晋末曾在关中侨立郡县的史实。侨立灵武即是后世北魏咸阳郡之灵武,位于咸阳县东曾有的零武乡处,上郡侨立于冯翊郡内,晋末侨置于关中的灵武和上郡即是为招抚羌戎而设。
[Abstract]:This paper discusses the situation in Guanlong during the two Jin dynasties from the point of view of the establishment of the administrative district in Guanlong. The change of the administrative district in Guanlong reflects the phenomenon of Qiang Huhua in Guanlong. This is the social background of Guanzhong in the late period of the Western Jin Dynasty. In the last years of the Western Jin Dynasty, the line of action of Han Dynasty Liu Yao against the Western Jin Dynasty reflected the historical facts of the late Western Jin Dynasty, which had set up counties and counties in Guanzhong. Qianyang County of the Northern Wei Dynasty was the Lingwu of Qianyang County in the later period of the Northern Wei Dynasty. Located in Xianyang County once had a zero-Wuxiang, Shangjun overseas Chinese in Feng Yi County, the late Jin in Guanzhong Lingwu and Shangjun is for the caressing Qiang Rong.
