锦州市初中英语教师职业倦怠情况研究报告

【摘要】:职业倦怠主要指个体在长期工作压力下而产生情绪耗竭低个人成就感去个性化的现象。教师职业倦怠是倦怠的一种。教师职业倦怠表现为对工作的消极,对同事的漠不关心,以及对待学生的冷漠。近些年,我国对教师职业倦怠已有相应的研究。然而,这些研究大部分是针对高中和大学,针对初中的研究寥寥可数;其次,大部分的研究是不分学科的,专门针对初中英语教师的研究更是屈指可数;最后,不同地区有着不同的教育背景,其职业倦怠现状也不同。因此,本文针对初中英语教师职业倦怠这一课题做了相关研究。研究问题如下:1.锦州市初中英语教师职业倦怠现况如何?2.相关人口变量与锦州市初中英语教师职业倦怠水平有什么关系?本文以锦州市五所初中的100名英语教师为研究样本,采用问卷、访谈、SPSS软件的方式,系统科学地分析、研究锦州市初中英语教师的职业倦怠水平和相关的人口统计变量对初中英语教师职业倦怠的影响。经过系统的研究,发现锦州市初中英语教师普遍存在着中等水平的职业倦怠。通过分析相关人口变量,发现初中女教师、教龄在十年以下的、中级职称的、具有硕士学历背景的英语教师有着较高水平的职业倦怠。依据研究成果,作者提出一些预防和缓解教师职业倦怠的建议和措施,希望教师提高自身专业知识与能力,学校完善聘用及考核制度,社会保障教师的福利待遇,为教师的职业发展提供更多的机会。
[Abstract]:Job burnout mainly refers to emotional exhaustion caused by long-term job stress. Low personal accomplishment? The phenomenon of depersonalization. Teacher burnout is a kind of burnout. Teachers' job burnout is characterized by negative job, indifference to colleagues, and indifference to students. In recent years, However, most of these studies focus on high schools and universities, and there are few studies on junior high schools. Secondly, most of the studies are interdisciplinary. Finally, different regions have different educational backgrounds and their job burnout status is also different. This paper makes a related study on the job burnout of junior middle school English teachers. The research questions are as follows: 1. What is the present situation of job burnout of junior high school English teachers in Jinzhou? 2. What is the relationship between the relevant population variables and the job burnout level of junior high school English teachers in Jinzhou? This paper takes 100 English teachers from five junior middle schools in Jinzhou as the research sample, using questionnaires and interviews with SPSS software to analyze them systematically and scientifically. This paper studies the effects of burnout level of junior middle school English teachers and related demographic variables on job burnout of junior middle school English teachers in Jinzhou. It is found that middle level of job burnout exists among junior high school English teachers in Jinzhou. By analyzing the relevant population variables, it is found that female teachers in junior high school have less than ten years of teaching experience and intermediate titles. English teachers with master's degree background have a high level of job burnout. Based on the research results, the author puts forward some suggestions and measures to prevent and alleviate teachers' job burnout, hoping that teachers can improve their professional knowledge and ability. Schools improve employment and assessment system, social security teachers welfare, for teachers to provide more opportunities for career development.
