江苏省高校体育专业体育舞蹈课堂教学质量评价体系构建研究

【摘要】：评价是高等学校监控教师教学质量和确保人才培养质量的重要手段,当前,高等学校教学工作重心已经由发展办学规模逐步转化为提升教育教学的内涵质量,而这则需要高等学校教学工作的各个组成部分在深刻思考的基础上做出科学的研究,体育舞蹈教学工作亦然。在体育舞蹈由小众化逐渐走向大众化的时期,高校体育专业体育舞蹈教学应该确立怎样的价值导向?未来高校体育专业体育舞蹈教学如何实现可持续发展?这需要高等学校管理者和高校体育舞蹈教学工作者做出科学、理性的回答。我们认为,在建设好体育舞蹈教学工作这一系统工作中,体育舞蹈课堂教学质量评价的作用无可替代,科学的、合理化的教学评价,能够为高校体育专业体育舞蹈教学工作确定清晰的办学理念,形成科学合理的办学行为,有效满足社会对体育舞蹈人才多样化的需求,并实现高校体育舞蹈教学工作不断的优化和体育舞蹈教学质量逐步提升。而树立多元化教学质量观、构建明确的、具有可操作性且相适应的评价指标体系,也是提升高校体育舞蹈专业教学工作的重要举措。基于上述,本文以江苏省高校体育专业体育舞蹈课堂教学工作现状为切入点,以完善江苏省高校体育专业体育舞蹈课堂教学质量评价体系为着眼点,在借鉴已有高校体育舞蹈课堂教学质量评价指标成果的基础上,尝试运用比较法和德尔菲法构建江苏省高校体育专业体育舞蹈课堂教学质量评价体系,旨在为高校体育舞蹈专业教学工作和高校体育舞蹈教学质量的提升起到助力作用。研究结果:初步构建了江苏省高校体育专业体育舞蹈课堂教学质量评价指标体系:一级指标由4个纬度构成,即课堂教学准备、课堂教学实施、课堂教学效果和课后教学反思;二级指标由14个纬度构成,即教学设计、教案编写、组织管理、情境创设、教学指导、师生互动、评价反馈、知识理解率、技能掌握率、乐感与舞美、运动生理负荷、学生主观表现、教学日志和教学反思;三级指标由33个纬度构成。两轮德尔菲法统计结果显示:专家权威系数均大于0.70,重要性均值全部大于3,变异系数在0.00-0.28之间,肯德尔系数在0.249-0.411之间,专家协调系数均达到显著差异(P≤0.05)。根据数理统计从代表性、积极系数、权威程度到集中程度、变异程度、肯德尔和谐系数均在德尔菲法许可的范围内,结果可取、可信,具有一定的科学性。
[Abstract]:Evaluation is an important means for colleges and universities to monitor the teaching quality of teachers and ensure the quality of personnel training. At present, the focus of teaching work in colleges and universities has gradually changed from developing the scale of running schools to improving the connotation quality of education and teaching. This requires every component of teaching work in colleges and universities to make scientific research on the basis of deep thinking, and so does the teaching of sports dance. What kind of value orientation should be established in sports dance teaching in colleges and universities? How to realize the sustainable development of sports dance teaching in colleges and universities in the future? This requires a scientific and rational answer from the administrators of colleges and universities and the teaching staff of sports dance. We believe that in the systematic work of building a good sports dance teaching work, The function of sports dance classroom teaching quality evaluation is irreplaceable. A scientific and reasonable teaching evaluation can determine a clear idea of running a school for sports dance teaching in colleges and universities, and form a scientific and reasonable school running behavior. It can effectively meet the diverse demands of the society for sports dance talents, and realize the continuous optimization of sports dance teaching in colleges and universities and the gradual improvement of sports dance teaching quality. The evaluation index system with maneuverability and adaptability is also an important measure to improve the teaching work of sports dance major in colleges and universities. Based on the above mentioned, this paper takes the present situation of sports dance teaching in colleges and universities in Jiangsu Province as the breakthrough point. In order to perfect the evaluation system of PE dance classroom teaching quality in colleges and universities in Jiangsu Province, the author draws lessons from the achievements of the evaluation index of PE dance classroom teaching quality in colleges and universities. This paper attempts to use comparative method and Delphi method to construct the evaluation system of PE dance classroom teaching quality in colleges and universities in Jiangsu Province. The purpose of this paper is to help the teaching work of sports dance major in colleges and universities and to improve the teaching quality of sports dance teaching in colleges and universities. The research results are as follows: the evaluation index body of sports dance classroom teaching quality of sports major in Jiangsu Province has been constructed preliminarily. System: the primary indicator consists of four latitudes, That is, classroom teaching preparation, classroom teaching implementation, classroom teaching effect and after-class teaching reflection, the second level index consists of 14 dimensions, that is, teaching design, teaching plan writing, organization and management, situation creation, teaching guidance, teacher-student interaction, evaluation and feedback. Knowledge comprehension rate, skill mastery rate, music feeling and dance beauty, exercise physiological load, students' subjective performance, teaching log and teaching reflection; The results of two rounds of Delphi method show that the expert authority coefficient is greater than 0.70, the mean value of importance is greater than 3, the coefficient of variation is between 0.00-0.28, and the Kendall coefficient is between 0.249-0.411. According to mathematical statistics, from representativeness, positive coefficient, authority degree to concentration degree, variation degree, Kendall harmony coefficient are all within the scope of Delphi method, the result is desirable and credible. Have a certain scientific nature.
