在哈萨克斯坦的中国新手汉语教师实践能力发展研究

【摘要】:随着中国改革开放政策的不断深入和全球经济实力的提高,世界各国人民对汉语学习的热情不断高涨。哈萨克斯坦与中国相连的边界环境,促使哈萨克斯坦与中国很早以前就建立了深厚的友谊,尤其是改革开放以来,中哈两国的经济、政治和文化往来日益密切,这也直接激发了哈萨克斯坦人民学习汉语的热情,也为中国向哈萨克斯坦培育和输送优秀的对外汉语教师人才提出了更高的要求。但是随着对外汉语教师在哈萨克斯坦汉语教学工作的不断深入,对外汉语教师出现了一系列教育教学和个人心理等问题,严重阻碍了对外汉语实践能力的形成与发展,这一点尤其在教龄不到一年的新手对外汉语教师中尤为明显。因此本文以中国赴哈萨克斯坦教学的新手对外汉语教师为例,通过文献研究分析法、问卷调查法和访谈法对影响新手教师实践能力的影响因素进行了分析,总结出影响实践能力的因素主要由两个部分组成,即教师自身因素和外部环境因素,同时这两种主要因素又是由各自不同的子因素引起的。最后笔者根据研究结果中影响新手教师实践能力的因素,从教师个人发展层面和院校发展层面提出了相应的策略,以促进新手对外汉语教师实践能力的培养。本研究的创新点在于对在哈萨克斯坦这个跨文化环境下的中国新手汉语教师实践能力发展的影响因素进行了考察,发现在跨文化背景下,影响对外汉语新手教师实践能力发展的某些因素呈现出一定的特殊性。跨文化的教学环境对对外汉语教师实践能力发展有很大影响。很多外部因素,如学生、语言差异、教育文化等都会因跨文化而呈现出不同的特点。也主要探析了中国赴哈萨克斯坦新手对外汉语教师的心理因素,即教师的心理适应能力。在研究中我们也发现教师适应能力的不足也是阻碍新手教师实践能力形成的重要因素。本研究旨在深入了解中国赴哈萨克斯坦的新手对外汉语教师在教育教学过程中,影响他们实践能力发展的因素,以及随之产生的一系列问题。通过对中国赴哈萨克斯坦一国的新手对外汉语教师实践能力的研究,挖掘在世界各地担任对外汉语教学任务的教师,在教育教学过程中存在的普遍问题,以一映百,并根据存在的问题提出可行性策略,希望能为汉语国际教育领域的汉语教师实践能力研究提供一些实质性意见。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of China's reform and opening policy and the improvement of global economic strength, the enthusiasm of people all over the world for learning Chinese is rising.The border environment between Kazakhstan and China has prompted Kazakhstan and China to establish a profound friendship long ago. In particular, since the reform and opening up, the economic, political and cultural exchanges between China and Kazakhstan have become increasingly close.This has directly stimulated the enthusiasm of the people of Kazakhstan to learn Chinese, and also put forward higher requirements for China to cultivate and transport outstanding teachers of Chinese as a foreign language to Kazakhstan.However, with the deepening of Chinese language teaching in Kazakhstan, a series of problems such as education, teaching and personal psychology of TCFL appear, which seriously hinders the formation and development of TCFL's practical ability.This is especially evident among new TCSL teachers who have been teaching for less than a year.Therefore, taking the novice Chinese teachers teaching in Kazakhstan as an example, this paper analyzes the influencing factors of the novice teachers' practical ability through literature analysis, questionnaire survey and interview.It is concluded that the factors influencing practical ability are mainly composed of two parts, that is, teachers' own factors and external environmental factors, and at the same time, these two main factors are caused by different sub-factors.Finally, according to the factors that affect the practical ability of the novice teachers, the author puts forward the corresponding strategies from the teacher's personal development level and the college's development level, in order to promote the cultivation of the novice teachers' practical ability.The innovation of this study is to investigate the factors influencing the development of Chinese teachers' practical ability in the cross-cultural environment of Kazakhstan, and find out that under the cross-cultural background,Some factors affecting the development of practical ability of novice teachers of Chinese as a foreign language show some particularity.The cross-cultural teaching environment has great influence on the development of TCFL's practical ability.Many external factors, such as students, language differences, educational culture and so on, will show different characteristics because of cross-culture.It also analyzes the psychological factors of the new Chinese teachers in Kazakhstan, that is, the teachers' ability of psychological adaptation.In the study, we also found that the deficiency of teachers' adaptability is also an important factor that hinders the formation of novice teachers' practical ability.The purpose of this study is to understand the factors that affect the development of Chinese teachers' practical ability and a series of problems.Through the study of the practical ability of the novice foreign Chinese teachers from China to Kazakhstan, to dig out the common problems existing in the process of teaching Chinese as a foreign language in the teaching of Chinese as a foreign language in various parts of the world.According to the existing problems, this paper puts forward some feasible strategies, hoping to provide some substantive suggestions for the study of Chinese teachers' practical ability in the field of Chinese international education.
