大学生对招聘网页颜色偏好的眼动研究

【摘要】:当前,网络招聘成为了用人单位招聘人才和求职者求职的重要方式,招聘网页的设计也逐渐受到广泛重视。而颜色作为招聘网页中的一项重要元素,其选择与搭配是否符合求职者的偏好,直接关系到求职者对网站的观感与体验。为了促使招聘网页的颜色设计符合求职者的喜好,提升招聘网页的用户体验,研究将眼动技术与主观评分法相结合,探讨大学生对招聘网页的颜色偏好。研究共设计了两个实验,分别从颜色和颜色属性两个层面着手,探讨大学生对招聘网页主题色和文本色的偏好,兼而考察不同职业人格类型大学生之间的颜色偏好差异。实验一从颜色层面探讨大学生对招聘网页主题色和文本色的偏好。结果发现,在红、绿、蓝、黑四种主题色中,大学生普遍喜爱黑、蓝、红三色,且三者间没有显著差异,而不喜爱绿色;在这四色文本中,大学生最喜欢黑色文本和蓝色文本,其次为红色文本,最不喜欢绿色文本;对于主题色与文本色的搭配方式,大学生则表现为普遍不喜欢互补色搭配和同色搭配。此外,研究还发现,不同职业人格类型大学生对招聘网页主题色和文本色的偏好没有显著差异。实验二则聚焦于颜色属性层面,探讨大学生对招聘网页主题色和文本色明度的偏好。结果发现,大学生普遍喜欢低明度的主题色,不喜欢中明度和高明度的主题色,且中、高明度之间差异不显著;而对于招聘网页的文本色,大学生则表现为喜欢中、低明度,且二者之间没有显著差异,而不喜欢高明度。此外,不同职业人格类型大学生对招聘网页主题色和文本色的明度偏好没有显著差异。基于实验结果得出结论:大学生对招聘网页的颜色偏好不受职业人格类型的影响,存在高度一致性。具体表现为:在主题色方面,黑、蓝、红三色更受大学生喜爱,且三者之间没有显著差异;在文本色方面,大学生则最喜欢黑和蓝这两种颜色,且二者之间没有显著差异;对于主题色与文本色的搭配,则普遍表现为不喜欢互补色搭配和同色搭配。此外,对于招聘网页主题色明度,大学生普遍表现为最喜欢低明度;对于招聘网页的文本色明度,则表现为普遍喜欢中、低明度,且二者之间差异不显著。
