舞蹈科学训练理论在芭蕾基训教学中的应用研究

【摘要】:舞蹈从原始时代开始就有了它的雏形,随着时代的变迁发展,舞蹈的种类也随之繁多,接受舞蹈教育的人群范围也越来越广,从专业性质的培养到普及教育的传播再到如今专业与普及的共同发展,笔者通过二十年来的舞蹈学习深刻地认识到舞蹈教育应该紧密结合时代的发展趋势。“舞蹈科学”这个词语,在二十世纪的西方国家就有所触及并发展至今,当时德国著名舞蹈家鲁道夫·拉班利用人体科学的理念所创建的“拉班舞谱”现在都以沿用,而我国对舞蹈艺术教育的普及稍逊其他艺术门类,笔者认为需站在全球化的角度来看待,在秉承我国舞蹈文化的传统底蕴上吸收国外舞蹈的精华予以融会贯通,遵从科学性的教学原则来发展中国的舞蹈艺术。舞蹈它本是一门使身体“行云如流水”的艺术,所以教师和学生对舞蹈的掌握第一要素应是对身体的认知,在熟知身体结构的前提下再进行系统性的训练,以较优的达到舞蹈训练的效果。但如果教师和学生不了解人体生理结构盲从进行舞蹈训练,将大大增加舞蹈损伤的概率,不仅降低了舞蹈的成才率,还对学生的身体造成一定程度的伤害。所以,本论文的理论依据就是在舞蹈科学训练理论的基础上进行教学。芭蕾基训它起源于西方国家,其体系在不断的完善中体现出了科学性的因素,而我国舞蹈教学广为应用的基础性训练体系也是芭蕾基训,顾本论文选取芭蕾基训为实践研究对象。笔者以芭蕾基训的科学影响因子为引导,结合此篇论文的舞蹈科学训练理论观点,将科学性的知识融入我国舞蹈教学的芭蕾基训课中得以运用,使论文更加贴切可行。所以,本论文的实践基础就是芭蕾基训教学。本篇论文的框架分为导论、四个章节、结论,共六个部分构成,全文以总——分——总的结构布局进行阐述。导论,从研究的背景和依据、研究的现状和文献综述、研究的方法和目的、研究的价值,四个小节来铺垫笔者撰写此篇论文的目的。四个章节中,第一章,概念阐述,在文章的一开始就阐述清楚三个易混淆的关键词,舞蹈训练、舞蹈科学、舞蹈科学训练理论,而全文围绕笔者所定义的“舞蹈科学训练理论”来进行全方面的阐述,即以掌握人体生理结构和人体运动规律为前提,对学生进行内在机体肌能的提高和外在形体的塑造。第二章,对芭蕾基训教学中教师的“训”和学生的“练”所出现的问题进行提出并以分析。第三章,将舞蹈科学训练理论具体运用到芭蕾基训教学之中,以下肢肌肉和关节的科学运用为主要阐述对象,是学生在进行芭蕾基训中科学的实际操作过程举例。第四章,是全文的核心部分,用舞蹈科学训练理论的方法来解决芭蕾基训教学中教师和学生所出现的问题,从教学的整体性来论述,具体将教师的科学教学方法和合理的训练计划安排,以及学生对自我生理认识的加强,进行一个较为完整的解决措施阐述。结论,总结性的对全文进行一个综合概述。

Based on the scientific impact factor for the ballet training guide, this thesis combines the dance science training theory, the scientific knowledge can be applied into ballet training course of dance teaching in China, the paper a more appropriate and feasible. Therefore, this paper is based on the practice of ballet basic training teaching. This paper is divided into the introduction, four chapters and conclusion, a total of six parts, according to the score structure in this paper. The second chapter the teacher of ballet training in the teaching of "training" and students "practice" existing problems are put forward and analyzed. In Chapter third, the theory of scientific training applied to dance ballet training teaching, the lower limb muscle and joint use of science as the main elaboration object, for example, is a student in the actual operation process ballet training in science. The fourth chapter is the core part of the thesis, with the methods of dance theory of scientific training to solve the teachers and students in the teaching of ballet training problems, from the whole teaching This paper will discuss a concrete solution to teachers' scientific teaching methods and reasonable training plan, as well as students' self physiological understanding.
