高中生生命态度和应对方式关系及干预研究

【摘要】:20世纪基础教育的普及,成就了我国在政治、经济与科技各方面的长足进步,然而重理轻人文的教育体制,重视经济发展而忽视精神追求的生活方式等导致我国在后现代社会的变迁中付出沉痛代价。这代价包含许多方面,例如青少年及中年自杀率的不断升高、伦理观念的模糊、校园欺凌事件的频发、家庭功能式微等。据中国青少年研究中心发布的中国“十五”期间青年发展状况和“十一五”期间青年发展趋势研究报告称,“十五”期间青少年犯罪增加68%,未来5年进一步增加。报告指出,“十五”期间青少年犯罪总体数量呈上升趋势,未成年人犯罪增长迅猛,其中全国法院判决的青少年罪犯五年间增长12.6%,未成年人犯罪数量增长情况更加突出,5年间上涨68%。另一方面,查阅相关资料与数据,让人不得不以一种严肃审慎的态度去正视青少年问题。青少年阶段原应是青春活力、充满无限可能与希望的生命黄金期,在这生命即将绽放的阶段,愈来愈多青少年选择了伤害自我或他人的生命,显示其看待生命之态度与价值观亟需我们加以关注和探讨。学校如何能够通过改善其对生命的态度进而影响其应对生活中的挫折或压力事件的方式,给予适当引导和帮助,此为本研究之动机。研究一选取900名高中生作为被试,有效被试760人,对高中生生命态度与应对方式的现状及在人口学变量上的差异进行调查分析;研究二探讨高中生生命态度与应对方式的关系;研究三设计生命教育教学方案,采用干预组和对照组对比实验设计,从被试中选取一个班级(60人)的高中生进行干预,另一班(60人)作为对照组不施以任何干预,一共进行8次,历时两个半月。研究得出的主要结论如下:1.存在感和生命态度总体受年级影响,存在感和死亡态度及生命态度总体受是否独生的影响,理想和存在感两个因子受母亲文化程度影响;求助、发泄及应对方式总体受性别影响,发泄因子受是否独生影响,求助因子受母亲文化程度影响,问题解决因子受父亲收入水平的影响。2.生命态度的各个维度均与应对方式中的问题解决呈显著正相关,理想与退避、幻想呈显著正相关,生命意义与求助、幻想呈显著正相关,与忍耐呈显著负相关,爱与关怀和求助呈显著正相关,存在感和求助、退避、忍耐呈显著负相关,死亡态度和求助、退避、发泄、幻想呈显著正相关,生命态度总体与应对方式的问题解决、发泄、幻想呈显著正相关,与忍耐呈显著负相关,与求助、退避不相关。3.生命态度及应对方式各因子分整体都有所提升,且干预组后测生命态度总体与对照组差异显著。
[Abstract]:The popularization of basic education in the 20th century has made great progress in politics, economy and science and technology in our country.Attaching importance to economic development and neglecting the way of life pursued by spirit lead to our country paying a heavy price in the changes of postmodern society.The costs include rising suicide rates among adolescents and middle age, a vague ethic, frequent bullying on campus, and a decline in family functions.According to the China Youth Research Center's report on the development of youth during the 10th Five-Year Plan period and the trend of youth development during the 11th Five-Year Plan period, juvenile delinquency increased by 68 percent during the 10th Five-Year Plan period and further increased in the next five years.The report points out: during the 10th Five-Year Plan period, the overall number of juvenile delinquents showed an upward trend, and juvenile delinquency increased rapidly.Among them, the number of juvenile delinquents sentenced by the national courts has increased by 12.6% in five years, and the number of juvenile delinquents has increased by 68% in five years.On the other hand, access to relevant information and data, people have to face youth problems with a serious and cautious attitude.The youth stage is supposed to be the prime time of youth, full of infinite possibilities and hopes. At this stage of life about to bloom, more and more young people choose to hurt themselves or others' lives.It shows that the attitude and values of life need our attention and discussion.The motivation of this study is how the school can give appropriate guidance and help by improving its attitude towards life and then influencing the way it deals with setbacks or stress events in life.In the first study, 900 senior high school students were selected as subjects, 760 effective subjects were selected to investigate and analyze the current situation of life attitude and coping style of senior high school students and the differences in demographic variables, the second study was to explore the relationship between life attitude and coping style of senior high school students.The third study designed a life education teaching scheme. The intervention group and the control group were used to compare the experimental design. The high school students of one class of 60 students were selected from the subjects to intervene, and the other class of 60 students were chosen as the control group without any intervention.Eight times, it took two and a half months.The main conclusions of the study are as follows: 1.The sense of existence and attitude of life are influenced by the grade, the attitude of existence and death and the attitude of life are influenced by the only child, the two factors of ideal and existence are affected by the mother's education level.Abreact and coping style was affected by gender, vent factor was affected by only child, help factor was influenced by mother's education level, problem solving factor was affected by father's income level.All dimensions of life attitude were significantly positively correlated with problem-solving in coping style, ideal and avoidance, fantasy significantly positive correlation, life significance and help help, fantasy significantly positive correlation, and negative correlation with tolerance.There was a significant positive correlation between love and solicitude and help-seeking, existential feeling and help-seeking, avoidance, tolerance, death attitude and help-seeking, avoidance, venting, fantasy, and life attitude as a whole to solve the problem of coping style.Fantasy was positively correlated significantly, negatively correlated with tolerance, irrelevant to seeking help, and irrelevant to avoidance.All factors of life attitude and coping style were improved, and there was significant difference between the intervention group and the control group.
