【摘要】：本项目翻译石油输出国组织官方网站发布的《世界石油展望2015》(第一部分第二至三章)。该报告的内容具有相当大的前瞻性,对]·今后石油行业的发展,甚至社会各行各业的发展都具有一定的引导作用。译者选取该报告作为翻译材料,旨在为国内读者或相关行业从业者提供最新行业动态;方便投资者及时了解该行业整体发展趋势及经济运行状况,为其投资提供方向性思路和参考;方便决策者清楚地了解该行业市场现状和发展前景,确保决策方向的客观性和科学性。同时,译者也希望借此摸索适合石油科技英语文献的翻译方法与技巧。源文本是信息型文本,主要针对全球石油需求、供应前景以及未来中期(2015—2020年)和长期(2020—2040年)发展趋势进行了分析,目的是解决关于石油市场的一系列问题。本项目所截取的第一部分第二章和第三章对各行业石油需求进行分析,对石油供给前景进行展望。译者在目的论的指导下,采用直译、意译、增译、省译等翻译方法和技巧,克服因语言、文化、思维方式不同而造成的词汇、句式、语用表达等方面的翻译困难,完成了项目翻译并撰写出翻译报告。报告分五章:第一章为引言,介绍本项目的立项背景、目的和意义;第二章为翻译过程描述,包括译前准备、翻译过程和译后处理;第三章为理论描述,阐释了"目的论"的三个基本原则,以及"目的论"对石油科技英语英汉翻译的指导作用;第四章为案例分析,译者结合本项目译文中的具体实例对翻译重难点及翻译方法与技巧进行分析;第五章总结翻译过程中获得的启示及尚存的问题和不足,供日后改进和完善。通过"研读—翻译—校对"三个步骤,译者在翻译过程中不断总结难点,寻求应对策略,将目的论和石油科技文献翻译相结合,以期从微观的文本中进一步探索、研究和验证石油科技文献翻译的特点和技巧。
[Abstract]:World Oil Outlook 2015 published on the official website of the Organization of Petroleum Exporting countries (part I, chapters II to III). The contents of this report are very forward-looking and can guide the development of petroleum industry and even the development of all kinds of social industries in the future. The translator selects the report as translation material to provide domestic readers or practitioners of relevant industries with the latest developments in the industry, and to facilitate investors to keep abreast of the overall development trend and economic performance of the industry. It is convenient for decision makers to understand clearly the market situation and development prospects of the industry, and to ensure the objectivity and scientificity of the decision-making direction. At the same time, the translator also hopes to explore the translation methods and techniques suitable for petroleum science and technology English literature. The source text is an information-based text, which is mainly aimed at global oil demand, supply prospects and future trends in the medium term 2015-2020) and long-term 2020-2040), with the aim of solving a series of problems concerning the oil market. The second and third chapters of the first part of this project analyze the oil demand of various industries and prospect the future of oil supply.
