《后防线》（节选）英汉翻译的反思性研究报告

【摘要】：这篇论文是基于翻译《后防线》一书节选部分写的翻译实践报告。该书是足球运动员的传记,因此,该书具有体育文本的特性,同时也有传记文本的特征。笔者节选该书前十三章作为翻译实践素材并撰写本篇报告。在翻译实践过程中,笔者遇到的主要困难是如何解决文本中的词汇和句法翻译问题。笔者以奈达的功能对等理论为理论基础,采用某些相关的翻译策略解决问题。对于术语的翻译,笔者采用直译的翻译方法;对于与足球相关的语言的表达方式,笔者尽量直译,如果直译不适合,为了使译文更有可读性,笔者采用了意译的翻译方法;表达动作行为的介词翻译时转换成动词;介词短语可以翻译成从句。这种翻译策略符合汉语的表达习惯。对于较复杂的定语从句,笔者主要采用分译法翻译。这样就避免了出现长的令人费解的汉语句子,从而使语言更加简洁。笔者认为功能对等理论能很好地指导体育人物传记的翻译。在翻译过程中,译者根据不同问题选择直译、意译、转译法等不同的翻译策略,从而向读者准确表达原文的信息。同时,笔者希望本篇翻译报告对将来翻译此类文本的译者能有参考意义。
[Abstract]:This paper is based on the translation practice report written in excerpts from the book defensive Line. The book is a biography of football players, so it has the characteristics of sports texts as well as biographical texts. The author extracts the first 13 chapters of the book as translation material and writes this report. In the course of translation practice, the main difficulties encountered by the author are how to solve the problem of lexical and syntactic translation. Based on Nida's functional equivalence theory, the author adopts some translation strategies to solve the problem. For the translation of terms, the author adopts the method of literal translation, and for the expressions of football related languages, the author tries his best to literal translation, if the literal translation is not suitable, in order to make the translation more readable, the author adopts the method of free translation. Prepositions that express action are translated into verbs; prepositional phrases can be translated into clauses. This translation strategy accords with the Chinese expression habit. For the more complex attributive clauses, the author mainly uses the method of translation. This avoids the appearance of long, confusing Chinese sentences, thus making the language more concise. The author believes that functional equivalence theory can well guide the translation of sports biographies. In the process of translation, the translator chooses different translation strategies such as literal translation, free translation and translation method according to different problems, so as to accurately express the original information to the readers. At the same time, the author hopes that this translation report will be useful to the translators of such texts in the future.
