汉越基本味觉词隐喻对比研究

【摘要】:隐喻是一个既古老又新鲜的研究课题。古老,是因为自从公元前300年开始,亚里斯多德(Aristotle)学派已经对隐喻进行研究。而说它新鲜,是因为认知语言学的诞生给隐喻带来新的观点,隐喻从仅作为修辞手段延伸至人的认知手段。认知语言学认为,隐喻不仅仅存在于语言层面而存在于人类的思维中,隐喻是思维的基础。认知隐喻已给各个领域带来新的研究视角,例如:味觉词。味觉词是表示味觉感受的词语,是与人们的生活有着密切关系的。其具有极强的构词能力,引申义也相当丰富,在汉语和越南语中都形成了各自较为丰富的词汇系统。鉴于此,本研究从认知语言学角度对汉语基本味觉词"酸","甜","苦","辣","咸"和越南语相对应"chua","(?)","dang","cay","(?)"进行对比,分析汉越味觉词隐喻意义的引申规律及其在两种语言中的异同,并探析造成异同的文化、思维等成因。除了对前人的研究现况作出综述,对本课题的研究目的和意义、研究方法、语料来源作出简要介绍的绪论部分之外,本文的内容分为五章:第一章介绍课题研究的理论基础,包括概念隐喻理论及隐喻的本质,通感式隐喻、意象图式和认知域等相关概念。第二章讨论味觉的特征,对汉越两种语言种的基本味觉词进行界定并说明其在每种语言成为表示味觉的词语演变过程。第三章对汉越两种语言的通感隐喻现象进行对比研究。第四章对汉越基本味觉词进行对比,分析两种语言种味觉词隐喻意义的异同,其中侧重于区别之处,同时对每一味觉词引申的认知过程进行探讨。第五章讨论引起汉语和越南语基本味觉词隐喻意义异同的原因,
[Abstract]:Metaphor is an old and fresh research topic. Ancient, because since 300 BC, the Aristotle school has studied metaphor. It is new because the birth of cognitive linguistics brings new ideas to metaphor, which extends from mere rhetoric to human cognition. Cognitive linguistics holds that metaphor exists not only at the linguistic level but in human thinking, and metaphor is the basis of thinking. Cognitive metaphor has brought new perspectives to various fields, such as taste words. Taste words are words that express taste feelings and are closely related to people's life. It has strong ability of word-formation and abundant meanings, and has formed its own rich lexical systems in both Chinese and Vietnamese. In view of this, the present study deals with the basic taste words "sour", "sweet", "bitter", "spicy", "salty" and "chua", "dang", "cay", "Hu" from the perspective of cognitive linguistics. By comparing the metaphorical meanings of Chinese and Vietnamese taste words, the author analyzes the similarities and differences of metaphorical meanings in the two languages, and probes into the causes of the similarities and differences, such as culture, thinking and so on. In addition to the introduction to the current situation of previous studies, the purpose and significance of the research, the research methods and the source of the corpus, the content of this paper is divided into five chapters: the first chapter introduces the theoretical basis of the research. It includes conceptual metaphor theory, metaphorical essence, synaesthetic metaphor, image schema and cognitive domain. The second chapter discusses the characteristics of taste sense, defines the basic taste words of Chinese and Vietnamese languages, and explains the evolution process of these words in each language. Chapter three makes a contrastive study of synaesthetic metaphor between Chinese and Vietnamese. The fourth chapter compares the basic taste words of Han and Yue, analyzes the similarities and differences of metaphorical meanings between the two kinds of taste words, emphasizes on the differences, and probes into the cognitive process of the extension of each taste word. Chapter five discusses the reasons for the similarities and differences of metaphorical meanings between Chinese and Vietnamese basic taste words.
