《羌族口传文学故事》翻译实践报告

【摘要】：民族文化是一个民族的精神命脉。随着改革开放以来我国经济社会文化的迅猛发展,以及受“5.12”汶川特大地震的影响,羌族文化的保护与传承迫在眉睫。《羌族口传文学故事》源文本来自汇德轩文化艺术有限公司及互联网,关于大禹的故事和羌族社会生活的各个方面以简洁平实的语言详尽展现。羌族文学极具民族特色和特有文化意象,因此,译者要尽可能去补偿缺失的信息,帮助目标语读者更好地理解与赏析。笔者所选取的论文内容不仅有利于促进羌族文化的传承,同时也有助于保护文化多样性。民族文学翻译是重要的学术研究课题,很多学者对此进行过研究,但进一步的研究也迫切必要。基于之前国内外的研究,笔者以翻译补偿策略为指导,对《羌族口传文学故事》汉英翻译的案例做了详尽的分析。针对由语言不同和文化不同造成的翻译困难,本文从语法层面和文化层面进行深入的剖析和归纳,并得出结论,在民族文学翻译中补偿策略势在必行。但仅这一理论远不够解释缺失与补偿的关系,进一步的研究仍然必要。该论文选题旨在吸引更多对此类文本翻译感兴趣的学者,同时分享新观点并希望取得新的突破。
[Abstract]:National culture is the spiritual lifeline of a nation. With the rapid economic, social and cultural development since the reform and opening up, and the impact of the "5.12" Wenchuan earthquake, It is urgent to protect and inherit Qiang culture. The source text is from Huidelxuan Culture and Art Co., Ltd and the Internet. The story about Dayu and all aspects of Qiang's social life are presented in a concise and plain language. Qiang literature has its own national characteristics and unique cultural images. Therefore, translators should try their best to compensate for the missing information and help the target readers to better understand and appreciate it. The content of the thesis is not only conducive to the promotion of Qiang culture inheritance, but also conducive to the protection of cultural diversity. The translation of national literature is an important academic research subject, which has been studied by many scholars, but further research is urgently necessary. Based on previous studies at home and abroad, the author makes a detailed analysis of the case of Chinese-English translation of Qiang Oral Story under the guidance of translation compensation strategy. In view of the translation difficulties caused by different languages and cultures, this paper makes a deep analysis and induction from the grammatical and cultural levels, and draws a conclusion that compensation strategies are imperative in the translation of national literature. However, this theory alone is far from enough to explain the relationship between deficiency and compensation, and further research is still necessary. The purpose of this thesis is to attract more scholars who are interested in the translation of this kind of text, and to share new ideas and make new breakthroughs.
