宋代建窑黑釉茶盏的设计特征研究

【摘要】:宋代建窑烧造的黑釉茶盏釉色莹润、器形秀美、胎骨坚实,因当时斗茶盛行而广为烧造。宋代经济的发展以及审美认知,使得这时期的盛行的黑釉茶盏设计,在满足饮茶及斗茶文化追求的同时,又满足了人们在审美以及精神上的需求。由此,建窑茶盏在宋代的兴起,绝非偶然,是与当时的人文环境的发展密不可分的。建窑黑釉茶盏不仅局限于黑釉更发展出了兔毫斑盏、油滴斑盏及曜变斑盏,这些茶盏不仅影响了宋代南方的制瓷业,而且对日本制瓷业的发展也产生了重要的影响。本文以宋代建窑黑釉茶盏为研究对象,通过对公立博物馆的田野考察以及考古发掘报告、图录数据等,依据数据样本的相对准确性,对宋代的建窑黑釉茶盏的设计特征的形成进行考据性研究。并结合其茶道与历史的关系,对宋代黑釉建窑茶盏进行了较深入地探索,并进行数据的建构与整理,期望对于建窑茶盏的研究有所帮助。
[Abstract]:The black glazed tea made by the Jian kiln in Song Dynasty is beautiful in glaze, beautiful in shape and solid in fetal bone. It was widely burned because of the prevailing fighting tea at that time. With the development of economy and aesthetic cognition in Song Dynasty, the prevailing black glazed tea design in this period not only satisfied the pursuit of tea drinking and fighting tea culture, but also satisfied the aesthetic and spiritual needs of people. Therefore, the rise of Jianyao tea in Song Dynasty was not accidental, but inseparable from the development of humanistic environment at that time. Jianyao black glazed tea calyceans not only limited to black glaze but also developed rabbit mauve, oil droplet and obsidian variegated cupolas, which not only affected the porcelain making industry in the south of Song Dynasty, but also had an important influence on the development of Japanese porcelain industry. This paper takes Jianyao black glazed tea pot in the Song Dynasty as the research object, according to the relative accuracy of the data sample, through the field investigation and archaeological excavation report of the public museum, as well as the map record data, etc. This paper studies the formation of the design characteristics of the black glazed tea cup in the Jian kiln in the Song Dynasty. Combined with the relationship between tea ceremony and history, this paper makes a deep exploration of the black glaze tea pot in Song Dynasty, and constructs and arranges the data, which is expected to be helpful to the study of the tea pot in Jianyao.
