语义翻译和交际翻译视角下《金匮要略》三个英译本的对比分析

有着“治病之圭臬”和“医书之经”美誉的《金匮要略》是我国现存最早的内科杂病专著。伴随着中医药迈向国际舞台的铿锵脚步,《金匮要略》英译也日渐成为中医文化对外交流与传播的重要研究课题。病证名和方剂名作为理解《金匮要略》中医药学理论的基础,以及管窥中医药特色文化的重要途径一直是研究的重点。除了承载重要医理的病症术语以外,中医古籍中特有的通假现象,以及具有文学色彩的文体体裁同样可以作为研究《金匮要略》英译的立足点。自翻译活动从纯语言文字视角转向对语言有所依托的政治、经济、科技、人文等外源性范围后,语义翻译和交际翻译理论的出现解决了很多问题。语义翻译和交际翻译作为重要的翻译理论,对以文化传播交际为目的的翻译行为具有较强的解释性和说服性以及理论指导性。本研究从《金匮要略》全书中选取病证术语26个、方剂术语20个、通假字7个、条文6个,并根据其特征予以归类,结合罗希文、阮霁源和李照国三个英译本,对其英译状况进行对比分析,来探讨语义翻译和交际翻译理论对《金匮要略》英译的解释性,以及对翻译理论框架构建的指导性。研究证实,语义翻译和交际翻译对丰富中医翻译理论,拓展中医翻译思路助益良多,尤其在丰富中医翻译方...
