非英语专业大学生的英语词汇学习焦虑状况研究

  自上世纪70年代以来,外语研究已经将重点从“如何教”转移到“如何学”上来。外语学习者的情感因素已经成为国内外专家学者重点关注的问题,严重的学习焦虑将很大程度上阻碍外语学习。大量学者对外语学习焦虑中的听说读写以及语法进行了研究,然而,到目前为止,关于英语词汇学习焦虑的研究却相对较少。众所周知,词汇量的掌握情况对外语学习起着至关重要的作用。尤其是对非英语专业学生来说,英语词汇学习策略应用较少,从而导致词汇学习过程中产生了严重的焦虑状况。本文以克拉申的情感过滤假说理论为基础,运用Horwitz等人的外语学习焦虑的理论框架,试图对非英语专业大学生英语词汇学习焦虑状况进行分析。本文探究了非英语专业大学生当前的英语学习焦虑所呈现的状况,不同个体因素的词汇焦虑存在的差异以及学生的词汇焦虑状况与词汇能力之间的关系。笔者通过问卷和词汇测试的方式对四川两所高校的非英语专业120名大学生进行了随机抽样调查,并用社会科学统计软件(spss19.0)对实验资料结果进行了描述性统计分析,单因素方差分析,以及皮尔逊相关系数分析。该调查包括英语词汇焦虑问卷(在Horwitz等人的英语课堂焦虑问卷的基础上改编而成),和...
