来华留学生语用选择与社会网络探究

  近年来,针对留学语境中二语语用能力发展的研究兴趣日益增长。尽管学界认为该语境下的二语语用发展是一个涉及多种语境因素和个体因素之间复杂互动的非线性、多层次过程,其如何受到学习者的社会网络和语用选择之间互动的影响亟待探索。为填补这一空白,本研究采纳语言社会化理论和个体网络视角,探究以汉语为第二语言的学习者的个体网络如何与其汉语请求策略的选择行为发生互动。该研究在中国东部一所国际知名大学进行,招募八名不同年级、国别、留学时长、汉语水平的国际学生为研究对象,在一年内的三个时间点收集他们的多项数据,包括留学社会网络调查问卷、角色扮演任务、回溯性口头报告、民族志访谈、田野观察笔记以及社交媒体动态等。数据分析表明,学生总体上在请求的直接程度方面表现出对母语者常模的靠拢倾向,但在外部修饰策略和内部修饰策略方面表现出偏离倾向。同时,学生搭建了成分、结构特点不一的个人网络,可归类为单一且密集、多样且稀疏、多样性及密度相对平衡的三种网络类型。最后,研究基于三个代表性个例,发现学习者的语用主体性调控了语用选择和社会网络之间的互动,揭示这三个因素在留学语境下的语用社会化过程中相互联系的关系。基于上述发现,研究为...
