商务协议英译汉实践报告

　　世界各国、各地区之间的经济往来更加密切,中国在全球经济发展中发挥的作用也日趋明显,越来越多的国家和地区与中国开展贸易往来,许多外商也在华投资设厂。作为商业活动中的常用文本,英文商务协议为缔约双方的合作搭建了桥梁,其汉译也越来越得到重视。尽管国内很多人士从各种不同的角度对英文商务合同的翻译进行了研究,也提出了相应的翻译策略,但在汉译过程中,仍然有新的问题不断出现。这需要人们从新的视角分析和解决此类问题,确保译文质量,为商务活动提供强有力的保障。本实践报告以赖斯的文本类型理论为视角,结合英文商务合同的文本特点,主要从词汇、句法和篇章层面分析商务合同英译汉过程中遇到的问题,并总结相应的翻译技巧。具体而言,在词汇层面,主要分析某些普通词汇和并列近义词的翻译困难,并采用借鉴、语义变通、省略等技巧予以解决;从句法层面,主要分析简单长句和复合长句的翻译困难,并采取顺句操作、句式重构等方法加以解决;篇章层面主要涉及商务协议的上下文一致和衔接等问题,并采用重复、增译等技巧予以解决。希望本报告可以为以后英文商务合同的汉译提供借鉴经验。
