功能对等理论视角下《经济学人》商业新闻（节选）汉译实践报告

　　随着全球经济一体化的进程,国家与国家之间的联系日益紧密,交流日益频繁。《经济学人》作为最具权威和影响力的英文报刊之一,历史悠久、知名度高,在财经界以及政要界都具有一定地位。它作为经济新闻报刊是全球经济信息传播的主要工具之一,为我们了解国际新闻提供了便利。《经济学人》中的文章中包含大量专业词汇、长难句和专业知识以及特定的文化背景,很大程度上给国内读者造成了阅读障碍。对《经济学人》文章进行翻译实践有助于译者积累翻译经验,提高自身翻译水平,帮助读者了解国际经济形势,也给经济类新闻翻译策略的提出提供了参考。通过分析经济新闻的文本类型和经济类新闻的汉译,笔者了解到翻译这种文本需要考虑其文本类型。笔者以《经济学人》杂志中商业新闻为对象,选取十余篇相关报道作为本次翻译项目的翻译材料,运用奈达的功能对等理论指导此次《经济学人》商业新闻的汉译实践。奈达认为,翻译是指从语义到文体在译语中用最自然又最贴近的对等语再现原语的信息,使译文读者对译文的反应与原文读者对原文的反应相一致,即信息准确和读者导向两大原则。根据语言功能,《经济学人》中的商业新闻属于信息型文本,此类文本强调信息的准确和读者的感受,与奈达的功...
